Explore the Atlantic in search of marine wildlife with Marine Biologists on board, and learn more about dolphins in their natural habitat. Discover different species of cetaceans, birds and other marine life in an exciting experience in the Algarve !
Departing from Faro, you will be able to enjoy the landscape of Ria Formosa Natural park while we cruise towards the Atlantic ocean. When outside, the guides will look out for different wildlife, specially for cetaceans!
There are great chances to see dolphins like the Bottlenose dolphin (Tursiops truncatus) or the Common dolphin (Delphinus delphis) and if your are lucky we can even spot Orcas or whales.
During this trip you will also be able to spot different species of marine birds like the Northern Gannet (Morus bassanus), Shearwaters and Storm Petrels!
It is also common to see some other animals such as the Ocean Sunfish (Mola mola), Atlantic Bluefin Tuna (Thunnus thynnus) and some species of sharks or marine turtles.
After spotting a group of cetaceans, our team of Marine biologists will provide information about the animals and also collect data for research before we head back to Faro.

This was a great experience! It took a bit of time but in the end we saw whales, dolphins and even one flying fish... The guides were super nice and very knowledgeable, it gave a lot of added value to an already unique experience. Would highly recommend this!

Absolutely LOVED this experience. Perdo was full of knowledge and his assistant(sorry forgot your name) was very sweet.
We spotted some fin whales, dolphins and minke whales. It was such a wholesome morning. I would highly recommend going.

Alfredo and his guides are so educated and excellent at what they do! He was able to tell us new things about dolphins and whales I had never known before. Our boat found a pod of 150-200 dolphins which some came right up to our boat! We also found multiple fin whales. Excellent time and lovely staff. Thank you.

We went out with marine biologists, who said a lot of interesting infomation and knew where we the animals find. We saw dolphins and whales , too. The guides love and respect the animals, it was a great trip . They made video under the water , too, it was amazing. I liked it very much.

Amazing tour with Pedro and Inès! We saw bottlenose dolphins, common dolphins, turtles and a puffin! The guides gave us a lot of information about the wild animals and were very respectful towards them. I highly recommend this experience and don't forget to bring a jacket because it is cold on the sea!

Super nice experience in a small, friendly group. The people from ocean vibes are super nice, answer all questions and are extremely respectful and considerate when dealing with the animals and nature. I would do this tour again and again and highly recommend it!

Very well organised trip, in a great modern boat with knowledgeable and friendly guides. We were lucky enough to see both bottlenose and common dolphins. The company is extremely responsible and respectful towards the wildlife too. Don't hesitate to book this!

A great trip to see dolphins. They were a bit evasive but persistance paid off. Pedro was determined to find them. Lots of very intersting Information and amazing to see the dolphins swimming by the boat.

3 of our best hours spent in Portugal. Knowledgeable staff, attentive to the safety of the cetaceans and enjoyment of the tourists. They cleverly used all of their skills including a look-out to show us bottle-nosed dolphins - which we're stunning - and birds from great skuas to puffins and of course gannets. They pushed the timing right up as far as they could to try and show us early Fin Whale arrivals. Their English was excellent. So if you understand English, you are set for a fabulous learning experience. I hope that was OK for the French couple sharing the boat. They were very quiet and polite.
