The drive to and through the mountains were amazing! I was wowed by the beauty of it all. We went to a private property to see and swim at the waterfall there was rope swings tide to trees as a person stand on top of boulders to splash into the water, there's a natural water slide at the top and in between there's huge boulders a person can jump if you want a challenge its there. I'm looking forward to visiting again!

I have been meaning to give this review for a few months now and something sparked my memory today. I promised I would leave a good review so I am here to keep my word. First, let me say that I underestimated what they meant when they listed in the requirements that you had to be moderately physically active before hand. That was my fault! I had a lot of challenges, pulling myself up some rocks and minor climbing. But let me tell you that the two guys that were leading the group never left me behind and had the most incredible patience. Even other tour guides passing by would pitch in to help. I was incredibly proud of myself for being able to see it all through! But I am an exception because most other people did not struggle and we all had so much fun! Taste some wild ginger and learn about several unique plants species. There was a very fun waterslide found in the natural rock and cliff formations. Life jackets were an option, but be prepared to get mud all over you! Having said that, you will be swept away by the beautiful scenery. They were punctual in picking us up and dropping us off. If you love adventure and you’re up for the challenge, this is a great tour.

Overall the experience was nice. A short hike through the rainforest to a waterfall and swimming spot. I thought there would be more hiking through the forest with info given. The guides did point out a few local plants. We basically just hiked to a swimming hole. The transportation vehicle was sketchy. But… we made it to El Yunque!

Trust your guide. We had to be flexible about leaving time due to weather conditions and looking back I am so glad we were in Taina's hands to monitor this. We changed the leave times and felt a little rushed through the hike to the falls and swim area, but thank God she pushed us. We were first to arrive at falls, and had it to ourselves before the crowds arrived. Not a hike for the frail or dainty, but well worth it!

We had a wonderful time. Both are guides were great! This was a little more rugged hike but totally worth it. Be prepared to walk in mud and in rocky areas Be sure to do the cliff jumping and the rope swing. (We are in our late sixties and loved it).

One of my best experiences of my trip to Puerto Rico!! Even though I was the most scary cat person to do this trip, the hosts Stephanie and her boyfriend were very helpful and made me feel very comfortable with the whole experience. Even talking me through the slide that’s looks scarier than what it is would had been a shame to miss. Stephanie a special thank you for sending over our pics and memory videos and your boyfriend for helping me get over my fears of the slide and dive.🙏🙏 This is a great tour! You are in early and out early if you are looking to not lose an entire day, this is the trip for you. We were back at the hotel before 1pm. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had an absolute blast! Stephanie was a great guide and very communicative via text leading up to the tour. We are in our late thirties and thoroughly enjoyed the hike, beautiful scenery, and thrill of climbing rocks and jumping off the cliff. 10/10 strongly recommend!
