We had an incredible time hiking in the rainforest. Adriana our tour guide was incredible. She was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and encouraged my children while they jumped from the rocks. She had a private tour and she made it such a special day for my family. She took pictures for us capturing the amazing day we had!

This was one of the most amazing experiences of my life! Mitchell, our tour guide was so helpful and had so much knowledge of the rainforest. I was nervous because I wasn’t sure what to bring but all you need is a swimsuit under a pair of clothes you don’t mind her getting muddy, a towel, and a clean change for afterwards. Mitchell brought us waters and had a waterproof backpack for anything we couldn’t part with but he took pictures for us and air dropped them. The difficulty of the trip wasn’t bad (we are both in our 20’s but there were older couples with us that made it just fine). Throughout the tour Mitchell constantly explained how to do things safely while explaining the details of the rainforest. He went above and beyond for us throughout the entire trip. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

The whole experience was great! The service that includes the transfer first saves a lot of trouble in the middle. Secondly, the tour guide Andres is very kind, helping to carry water, taking photos and taking care of everyone in the group. He is the best guide! And because it is a small group, there is no feeling of being pushed by chasing others. It's safer and more experiential (perfect for those with weak stamina). Overall it is a great experience and worth recommending!

Our adventure into El Yunque was nothing less than exceptional. Our tour guide, Andrés, could not have been more welcoming and kind, making us feel safe yet also free to roam and explore all of the beauty that the rainforest has to offer. After our hike and time spent at the swimming holes, we went out to lunch where Andrés recommended all of the best local dishes while explaining the ingredients and history behind the cuisine. He was amazing and exceeded all of our expectations - we wanted to stay longer so we could continue exploring and enjoy such wonderful company! Thank you again, Andrés, for everything. We will be recommending this excursion to all of our friends and family - it was perfect!

This tour was truly fantastic. Carlos was a great tour guide. He was extremely communicative as our tour was delayed briefly due to weather and made sure we knew what would be safe given the rain. Carlos was also extremely knowledgeable on Puerto Rico and El Yunque and happily answered all of our questions. He was very well-versed in the park, making sure we understood how to safely walk through the trails and enjoy the tour. My 11 year old daughter had a fabulous time, and Carlos made sure she got to do all of the water activities (while I watched from the ground, lol). The small group was perfect for experiencing the park. I highly recommend if you're looking for a special experience.

We had an amazing time with our group of 6 for a private tour of el Yunque. Andres was our guide, and he was the best we could have hoped for. Punctual, safe, highly trained, interesting, experienced, knowledgeable, and FUN!! We had a blast with him. He was patient with some less adventurous members of our group and made sure we were all safe. He took us to a great lunch after and had great suggestions on what to order, and even stopped at a fruit stand for me when I asked about getting some fresh mango since it’s the start of the season! This was a terrific experience I’ll remember for the rest of my life. Thanks Andres!!!

We had such a great experience on this tour. Our guide was Andres Vega. From start the finish he made the experience very pleasant. Our group was also a very nice set of people and everyone meshed so it made for a much better experience. Andres was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. When signing up for this trip, make sure you are prepared to get wet and muddy. Andres offered very good guidance and made sure we were safe at all times. He even gave us an excellent recommendation for lunch. Honestly, this experience was an easy 10 out of 10 for me. My only draw back is I felt ghosted after the tour which is incredibly sad. Our guide offered to take our pics even though I had taken my phone and waterproof case and was willing to do it myself. He took multiple pics for us, which were super important as it was my bf's birthday trip and I managed to convince him to jump off a cliff which is so far out of his element. The guide promised to capture all the footage and share with us, but after our drop off we haven't heard from him since. He even instructed me to text him for some recommendations for another location I would soon be heading to and no response. I spoke with another member of the group, who also said they had reach out but got no response. I contacted the company just to find out if the guide was safe, because it just felt super weird that we would be ghosted and they have not responded either. Definitely a must do tour and Andres is a great guide, but take your pics if it is important to you. I'm so sad about this :(

Wow! What a fantastic trip. Communication was great before hand so we had all the information we needed prior to the trip. Our guide Andres was brilliant. His experience and knowledge of the rain forest made the whole experience truly wonderful. Swimming in the crystal clear pool by waterfalls was magical. I would highly recommend this trip.

Had a great day on our private rainforest and waterfall excursion. Our tour guide Andres Vega was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We had a group of three couples… one from England the other from Idaho and us from Central NY. We got along great as a group and it made the day enjoyable. Andres gave us lots of information on the forest and let us take time for pictures and exploring. After the water and mud fun… he brought us to the Luquillo Kiosks and recommended an excellent lunch at #38 Edelweiss Bar & Grill where we all ate. I highly recommend the grouper bites and shrimp stew. Great way to spend our last day here in Puerto Rico.
