We found the whole experience of dealing with Stark (our guide)very easy.He was in touch with us about the meeting arrangements and what we needed to bring for the day.He explained the cultural, and historical context of what we would see on the tour. He was always very enthusiastic and encouraged us to become engaged with everything he showed us. He was good humoured, helpful and kept us up to date with the planned activities. We felt we gained insight into the Mekong Delta. We would highly recommend Stark for this tour from Ho Chi Min city

David's exceptional service during our day trip to the Mekong Delta was truly commendable. He went above and beyond to ensure our experience was worthwhile by taking the time to explain every stop and engaging with us throughout the journey. His dedication and enthusiasm made the trip even more enjoyable and memorable for us. 👌 also ended up lending me some money to tip locals 😅 what a legendary bloke.

Our tour guide was Dana Duyên. She was very lovely and gave us some really interesting insights. She was quite funny too! We had a lot of fun and enjoyed the Mekong Delta a lot! We enjoyed the boat tour a lot as well as being told about the local customs, for example a local kind of alcohol made with snakes. Everyone we met was very nice. When we went for lunch, we received plenty of local, delicious food. We also had a really nice group. We would definitely recommend!

We booked this tour after reading so many great reviews, however this was not our experience at all! Sorely disappointed with this tour- do not book! You arrive at the Mekong after two hours drive and stopped by the police and then get on a boat for all of two minutes where you get taken to an island and given some dry fruit and listen to music, where they wait for tips. You then go on a small hand rown boat through the river, which could have been nice, except the rider turned on the engine so we zoomed quickly through this part. The cooking class is okay but you’re not really cooking just being shown how to make a pancake. The bike ride was 10 mins long and the bikes were in awful condition, no breaks or working pedals. Finally, we got taken to a bamboo factory, which we didn’t think was on the tour and we believe was an extra stop added by our guide for tips for any products we purchased. Our guide Tio rushed us through the whole day and overall I felt we didn’t learn anything about the Mekong and were just pushed to very touristy places for tips! Do not book!!

Stark was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and interesting explanations, happy and motivated. The first stop, where we saw how they made the food, was very nice and interesting to see. Also the second one, the kayaking through the forest.

We took this tour in February 2024 just before Luna New Year. The flowers, decorations and festivities of Tet were beautiful and unlike anything I’ve experienced before. Dana was our guide and was friendly, accomodating and a great source of information for us. We appreciated her knowledge of the local fruits and her insight into the customs. The cooking class was inspiring and the food we made was delicious. We took a bike ride around the island and took in all the sights and smells alongside a highly informed guide. The locals were great to interact with too. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone wanting to experience more of the local customs and cuisines
