We had the most amazing experience from start to finish. We were greeted at the bus station and walked to the beautiful home. They gave us water, coffee, lemon soda and wine. We had great laughs. Emily told us the history of the villa and their recipes plus tips and tricks. Everyone was very kind and we just had the most amazing experience. Best gnocchi and tiramisu we had in Italy! Thank you to the whole team!

We had so much fun cooking with Emily and her beautiful family! She welcomed us into her home and we enjoyed learning secrets about how to make perfect traditional Italian recipes. I have never tasted ingredients so fresh, everything was from scratch. The eggs, the cheeses, the vegetables. It was an amazing experience and I look forward to trying to repeat this meal at home.

Emily, Genny, and their mother were the nicest people. This experience was incredible and gets you away from the louder, touristy parts of Positano. This was one of the highlights of our trip so far. The ingredients were all natural and the food might be the best you have while in Italy. Thank you to Emily & her family! 10/10 recommend.

Emily, Genny and family were very generous and kind. The food was delicious and the wine rooster kept us in good spirits. It was interesting learning some history of their family and the region, and seeing the execution of their recipes from start to finish. We had a great time and would recommend the experience.

This was one of our most favorite parts of our Italy trip and like nothing my best friend and I have done before. The information we gathered was magical, the food was…well it’s ruined all other gnocchi and tiramisu for me LOL…it was so delicious, and the company of Genny and Emily was perfect. They were so genuine, friendly, and the house was spotless. They answered all of our questions and we even got a sweet magnet at the end! Hearing about their family history was so special. Emily sent us all the recipes and I can only hope to replicate them just a little like she taught us. So grateful we did this class!!

My wife and I attended the cooking class in April 2024 and cannot say enough great things about Emily and her family! The group size is limited (we had 7) and they made us feel right at home—like Sunday supper with family! Very authentic. We were looking for a laid back, hands on, small class and this experience checked every box. Emily was an exceptional hostess, with her mother and brother chipping in. Their family kitchen is beautiful and the serene view only added to the experience. We had a hands on experience making tiramisu, gnocchi, and meatballs (coupled with Prosecco and wine and lemoncello), then dined on their beautiful patio. They provided an assortment of local vegetables and cheeses (including their family EVOO), making for the perfect anti-pasta plate! Though it is a short bus ride outside of Positano, from initial communications and confirmations, help with travel arrangements, meeting us at the square, walking us to their home and then back again, the trip could not have been more manageable. I would highly recommend this class to anyone looking for an authentic experience!

Emily and all of her family were wonderful hosts and instructors. From start to finish, we enjoyed every moment. Tiramisu, gnocchi, meatballs… all handmade by us using Emily’s grandmas recipes passed down for generations. Using all fresh and local ingredients. With one key message… good ingredients do exist. Keep it simple and it will taste the best.

With so many over priced tourist traps in Positano, it was so refreshing to find such a unique & authentic experience. We loved every minute of this cooking class. Genny welcomed us at the bus & walked us up to the Villa while telling us about the area and his family, such a nice guy. Then we met Emily who was such an incredible hostess full of stories, tips & charm. The Villa has been in Genny & Emily's family for 150 years and is full of charm & character. The food is nearly all home grown & absolutely delicious. I would recommend doing the walk back down to Positano when finished as you can get great photos looking down on Positano. If we could give this more than 5 stars we would.

AMAZING and unforgettable cooking class! This was the highlight from our trip to Positano. Emily and her mom took such great care of us. We did the gnocchi cooking class and made gnocchi, meatballs and the best tiramisu I’ve ever tasted. The cooking class was around 3-4 hours and was incredible. At the end, we ate on Emily’s beautiful patio and were served the dishes. Each dish was made so thoughtfully and with intention (some ingredients even picked from their garden). If you’re in the area, you have to do this experience!
