At first we weren't sure if we were going to be able to make this experience due to some ferry misunderstanding (don't mind us virgin island virgins), we are sure glad we did. The meeting point was pretty simple to locate and actually kinda hard to mess up. Our caption, Annemarie might hands down be the funniest, down to earth person we've ever experienced. Which made our experience that much better. Danielle (I believe was her name) was equally as enjoyable. Not to mention, how fascinating it was to watch her hop and handle the boat as well as she did on top of making sure everyone had everything they needed. Drinks and all. The entire trip was an experience of it's own. And we are really happy that we go to experience it with the captain and first mate we did. 12 out of 10 for sure.

AnneMarie & Alex were great!! Drinks (alcoholic & non) were free flowing for those who wanted them. Snorkel equipment provided to get you the views 😍 I brought a waterproof camera and got so many cool shots of turtles, highly recommend doing the same!

I do not consider 29 people a semi private excursion… it was okay… we have snorkeled many places and the snorkeling was average… honeymoon beach was very pretty…. The snorkeling overall experience was Captain Vik and his assistant throwing warnings about everything… don’t return late to boat or I will leave you… don’t get food on beach, if you don’t listen to me about where the turtles are, I will not tell you again…and many more. I noticed there was a family that had not snorkeled before and Captain Vick and his assistant offered NO help to them. Felt badly for family as they were very miserable. Overall this was a below average tour with negative crew… The beauty of the island and the water saved it in the end… but I would not pay the premium price I paid for the tour, as it was NOT semi- private at 29 people on a small catamaran… I read many positive reviews online, but I feel many bad reviews may have been erased to bring up their ratings…I would look elsewhere or just do snorkeling cruise tour for less money and better attitudes as they are vetted more…

Horrible experience, just a waste of time and money. First of all, the crews were 15 mins late and didn’t even apologize for it. They expected us to be 15 mins early and yet they are 15 mins late. Not showing any respect to their clients time. Secondly, they promised semi private tour of 8-10 and there were 30 ppl on the boat. They don’t care about you, and joke around they will leave you on the island, this won’t be first nor last. It’s *probably* a joke, but honestly coming out from them it sounded more like a threat. Lastly, they don’t provide a life jacket and the equipments are the cheapest you can find. You are on your own and they are just taxi driver and drink server. They don’t even really watch over you, if you are beginner, stay the hell away from them. Overall, I really should’ve just went to Megan bay rather than this crap.

This is a long review, because I enjoyed it so much and can't speak highly enough of Captain Joe and our deckhand Catie. They know their stuff, kept us safe, comfortable, and refreshed, and were fun to talk to. I couldn't ask for better guides on the waters of St. Thomas and would go out on Someday again! I actually booked with another tour company and was notified the evening before the event, that they canceled due to low numbers. I am so glad found SOMEDAY on TripAdvisor and was able to get the last seat on their half day snorkeling tour! The boat is sleek and runs with up to 12 guests, enough of a group to chat with others but also small enough to avoid the crowds. Captain Joe and Catie are awesome and really know the area. On the way to our destinations, with stunning views of St. Thomas, they gave us the history of the harbor and buildings along the coast. I work in tourism, in a different city, and this felt like a nice bonus within the tour. I even shared what they told me with friends when we sailed in the same area days later. At remote Buck Island, there were large boats on one side, so they took us to the quieter side, to have more room and not scare the fish away with a big crowd. Catie got in the water with us and guided us to a cool shipwreck. She also pointed out fish and coral to us, and pulled out a sea urchin to observe up close - don't try this at home! She could answer every question and identify every fish and creature we saw, and even give us tidbits about them! You can tell She loves her job. It was very cool how hands on she gets, to show us around and also ensure we felt safe and confident to explore the remote waters. Next, we went to Honeymoon Beach at Water Island, a place I've wanted to visit for years. We snorkeled and saw at least 4 or 5 sea turtles in different sizes, and my first ever spotted eagle ray! It was both thrilling and tranquil. We had the option to chill on the beach, but I marveled at the turtles the entire time. On the boat, we enjoyed a great spread of fresh fruit and pastries in between locations, a perfect snack to keep my energy up in the water. They also had a great selection of local beers, and even cocktails, to enjoy while chatting on deck. I enjoyed a "painkiller" or two. I enjoyed the trip so much, even though I was going on a sailing trip after, I strongly considered doing a sunset tour with Someday before leaving the island. Maybe next time!

The tour guides were amazing, they were wicked funny and knowledgeable! The first stop we made was over a ship wreck so that was cool to see however the water was kinda murky. The second stop was cool because there was a beach you could swim to (pretty far away) they provided floaties which helped. For the whole trip we only saw 1 turtle. The boat ride was very fun and we got lots of sun! Great drinks and great people, just wish we saw more wildlife but that’s a chance you take!

My flight to St Thomas was canceled at the last minute. This occurred less than 24hrs prior to my scheduled time to snorkel. I called the vendor to cancel our excursion but was told I would need to speak with TripAdvisor. TripAdvisor then contacted the vendor on my behalf. TripAdvisor next informed me that because I canceled less than 24hrs before the trip, my money could not be refunded. TripAdvisor alleges this was the operator’s policy. In short, due to no fault of my own, I am out the full purchase price of 4 tickets. Recommend avoiding this vendor

We booked this excursion through Viator versus through the cruise line, we are so glad we did. Our group size was 80% smaller than the group departing from the cruise ship excursion, which made the experience so much better. Vick and Coleman were accommodating throughout the entire journey. Coleman kept the refreshments coming while providing in-depth history about St. Thomas. He also would jump in the water with us and search for any discarded trash that was left intentionally or unintentionally each time we stopped. The snorkeling was fine, the picture presented for this excursion is a bit misleading. We didn’t experience anything remotely close to that many fish. Don’t get me wrong, we saw some fish, a shipwreck, and some fairly large turtles. I would definitely recommend this excursion for sure! The equipment provided was basically brand new and well maintained. The boat was in great shape and very clean. Overall, this excursion was worth the money. Non alcoholic and alcoholic beverages were provided as part of the adventure. We enjoyed the trip and don’t have anything we didn’t like or make better. Oh, book the early time in the event you are on a cruise line schedule. We watched all the excursions coming back for drop off and there’s only 2 spots on either side of the dock to offload. We watched from our balcony and it was chaos.
