Welcome to Beppu!
We can start the sound healing and sound meditation session in the ocean view music house! We can be flexible to adjust your comfortable time.
There are many unique sound instrument from all of the world, for example: singing bowl, tynsha, didgeridoo, gank drum, cosichaim, african shaiker, and also guitar and ukulele etc.
We can start to drink tea before session. After that, you're going to lie at the yoga mat and close your eye and listen also into your sound healing journey around 60 min.
You body and mind will recover and make you feel good after sound bath.
If you have your instrument also please bring it.
Let's have fun in Japan with music flow. Other things to note:
No worry about language, no experience of music. When you come here you will be comfortable and love this place and learn about new stuff.
Normally we start from 12:00!!but you can adjust!!
