Itinerary
- Indepth briefing about sound bath and its significance in mediation and healing
- Performed on every individual on a one-on-one basis, irrespective of the size of the group
- Participants lie down on a mat amidst singing bowls, gong and other musical instruments that
create meditative sounds and waves
- Chanting could be used in some cases
- 60 min of meditative experience
