We booked this service to go from our cruise ship to our Air BnB in London. NCL was completely unorganized and changed the pick up location at least 5 times, but the car service just rolled with it. The car was clean and new. The driver was very helpful. This was the least expensive car service that I found, but still had good reviews. We liked them so much that we booked them again to get from the Air BnB to the airport.

driver was almost an hour late picking us up because he was given the wrong cruise terminal which then resulted in us missing a tour which we booked through viator
the drive was very nice once he picked us up
i spend numerous hours on the phone with viator trying to update pick up times
i’m not very happy with the transfers booked with visitor and will not do it again

We wait at the cruise terminal from 7:30 am until 10:30 am and never located the driver. We ended up paying a taxi driver another 230 pounds to take us to London.
