Excellent communication, safe driving, courteous driver, clean car. The driver was even able to adjust times and pick us up an hour earlier.

The driver was great once we found him. When I booked I was told that he would be waiting for us with a sign outside of arrivals. He was not. We found another driver from your company who was picking up someone else and had a sign. We asked him and he had no idea. But he was extremely helpful and was able to get in touch with our driver and the company. I finally was able to get a hold of you, the company, through messaging and then eventually through WhatsApp. We finally found that the driver was over by the pickup location on the far end of the arrival area at the port. Having never been to this port before, we had no idea where we were going and since we were told that there would be a driver with a sign by arrivals we waited there. We waited there almost an hour before we finally realized by the driver to come over to the pickup area.
I feel this should have been communicated by you, the company, to walk over there if we didn't see the driver by arrivals. I will know this on the next time I go back to the Southampton Port to be picked up by someone from your company.
As far as the ride it was very easy, your driver was excellent, he packed up all our luggage inside of the vehicle and off we went. It was a very easy drive to our hotel near Heathrow airport. He was pleasant, he answered any questions we had about the area. He was knowledgeable and very friendly and a great driver.
I do highly recommend this company, but if you are new to the Southampton Port, make sure you know where you are supposed to go when you arrive. There are multiple places for pickup and there are tons of people leaving the terminal. It was very confusing for us. Now we know better for the future. I do recommend this company. They were wonderful to work with in setting up a car for us to get to our Heathrow area hotel.

I booked a transfer from Southampton Cruise Port to Heathrow. Our driver Ravi was on time and was in contact with us to let us know what vehicle and license plate to look for. He handled all our luggage for us both at port and airport.
Company is also very good when responding to messages. Replies were always quick.

This was basically a taxi service from Southhampton Cruise Port to Heathrow. We didn't want to go on a crowded bus, so we requested a driver. Viator handled our last-minute change in time professionally, the driver was friendly and courteous, and the transport went smoothly.

Car was 45 minutes late. Spent 25 minutes on the phone trying to find him. International calling at 25 cents a minute was expense. Booked in months in advance and they said two days before the credit card was declined so has to rebook at a much higher price. Not a good experience.
