I booked for my husband and I who needed a good relaxing afternoon as well as a good massage.. What a disappointment! the welcome was professional, but afterwards it was a disaster. The massage is the worst I have ever had. Caresses even though I had specified that I wanted a deep massage. A massage therapist with no training, no hand, no interest of what she does… In short, for this type of hotel it’s totally regretable! the jacuzzi is cold, otherwise there is only the swimming pool remarkable... but at this price, you will find better elsewhere.

My second visit here! Susi is the most wonderful masseuse, it was one of the most relaxing massages I have had. The copper theme runs throughout; from the copper bowls and sound bath (a lovely additional and calming touch!), to the decor, to the tea and water cups and teapot to the sweet little copper bangle you are given as a present when you leave. The Henko90 is well worth it. The spa is calming and has everything you need, the tea tray after massage with nuts is a nice touch. Make sure you use the discount for Valencia province residents! Highly highly recommend.

This was an amzing experience from the beginning. The kambucha drink was lovely and refreshing, never had that before. I was able to use the spa facilities before my massage. All I can say is WOW, so relaxing. The water in the pool was lovely and warm with great options for water pressure. In one of the showers you can just stand and the water jets start at your lower legs and move up, changing from hot to cold at times and feels fantastic. The massage itself was the best I ever had, an hour just didn't seem long enough. I would highly recommend a visit to the spa, it was unforgettable.

My partner and I opted for the couples spa massage package which was very well priced at £147.49 for us both and our entire experience was absolutely superb. Everything about the spa is excellent. The environment is very relaxing, tranquil and clean and the facilities are varied and visually stunning. All the staff were exceptional - from the warm, welcoming, professional and very competent receptionists through to both of the expert, highly skilled massage therapists that treated us. We had a thoroughly enjoyable rejuvenating afternoon and we would recommend this place to everyone.

Unas instalaciones fantásticas con un ambiente acogedor. Un personal con un trato profesional impecable. Primero una sesión de spa en un conjunto muy bien dotado y posteriormente un masaje profundo, intenso pero relajante.

Massage très agréable, balneo propre, le jacuzzi est froid, mais c’est voulu après le sauna et le hammam, avec une fontaine de glace, il y a une piscine chaude avec des jets pour se réchauffer , un thé vert avec quelques fruits secs nous est servi, le décor est très propice à la relaxation…je recommande !!
