There's no better way to immerse yourself in Seville's extraordinary culinary identity than with a cooking class and tour of a local food market.

Meet your friendly guide at Triana Market, where vendors sell colorful produce, succulent meats, fresh cheese, and a variety of other local delicacies.
Work with our chef and discover how to combine various ingredients and spices to achieve the special zest that sets Spanish food apart from the rest.

All ingredients and materials are provided by the school. Sangria and table olives are served during the class and at the end guests eat what has been cooked, accompanied by up to two drinks (soft drinks, Spanish wine or local beer).

All of our recipes can be adapted to any dietary restriction. Please advise in advance if a change in the menu is required.

Once back home, you will be able to practice what you have learnt. We will give you written recipes and lots of tips!

Due the current circumstances we will provide our guests with nitrile disposable gloves and hand sanitizer. Participants must bring their own mask, as we will all use it during cooking time.
We have reduced the capacity of our classes to guarantee the safety distance.

Thoroughly enjoyed the morning tour of the market and cookery class with Leo, informative, really well orchestrated and you are encouraged to participate at every step - great fun and a delicious lunch shared with our friendly group to finish. Our tour guide, chef Leo and his assistants couldn’t have been more enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the history, culture and preparation in putting the traditional dishes together - excellent experience, don’t hesitate to book!

I love to make paella for family and friends…so I decided to up my game, and learn to make it more authentically, and to get the crispy part down every time! You know, the Socarrat. So we up for a lesson from Taller Andaluz de Cocina at the market in Sevilla. Between a tour around the market to find the best ingredients, to actually cooking, and then eating it, well, it was great! I learned so much, I only hope I remember it all. I took a lot of videos, and pics. Thanks to Chef Leo, and his trusty sidekick Daniella, I think my next paella will be the best one yet. And, best of all, I highly recommend a cooking class with your significant other.🥰

The market tour with Daniella and the cooking class with Marie, assisted by Daniella, was fun, fun, fun - and delicious!!! We made a wonderful tomato soup, a traditional spinach and chick pea dish and paella. Marie was a wonderful teacher and everyone had a chance to have a hand in the process. Would recommend this experience!!

The food tour of the Triana market and the subsequent cooking class where we learned how to make sangria, salmorejo ( the Andalusian precursor to gazpacho) as well as vegetarian and traditional paella, was delightful, informative and fun! Loved every minute. Not to be missed!

We really enjoyed this tour. Market tour was informative then we went to a kitchen about 5 minutes walk away. Our hosts Anna and Dom were cheery and interacted well with the whole group. Even though they present the same information and recipes for each tour group, it never felt tired and rote. Food and drinks served were delicious!

The cooking class was as I hoped it would be; fun, something to learn and something to eat. The staff, Dom and Anna, were friendly, informative and responsive to our needs and questions.

Food tour and education about Triana market by Danielle was excellent. Shared some history and also helped with the cooking later on. Cooking time was with Chef Victoria. Had a wonderful group of 12 people and all participated. Victoria gave insight into Spanish cooking (not a lot of spice) but cooked up some very tasty, fresh from the market food. Would do the tour again and again. Had history, education, humor, food and Sangria!! What more can you ask for on vacation!

What a great experience! We had a wonderful tour of the market from Ana and then a great class from Pedro. We made salmorejo, spinach and chickpeas, paella and cava sorbet. We also had sangria and wine. Other than it being hugely worth the money, it was an amazing experience I would definitely do again!
