Marco was a great host/chef. He created 4 traditional dishes and gave of variations for each so we went home with many more recipes. We had a small group of 7 which was perfect for everyone to get involved. Great conversation, food and wine. Would highly recommend.

Carlos was our chef, and he did amazing! He incorporated the entire group and answered our questions regarding Spanish cuisine. This class is more of a group cooking setting, which we preferred. You go throughout the meal together, and Carlos will show you the tips and tricks of how they make these dishes in traditional Spanish cuisine. We had a starter dish, main course, dessert, and wine. Everything was delicious! The cook&taste was easy to find in the Gothic area of Barcelona. The space is clean and open. What a wonderful time!

We prepared Tapas (Spanish Tortilla and Pan con Tomate), Chicken Paella and Crema de Catalan. Everyone was very engaged and contributed by chopping, stirring and mixing. I tried my hand at flipping the Tortilla and was very hesitant but Carlos the chef was quite encouraging. Overall much fun evening.

Making paella takes many hands and it was fun working with a group of people to make it happen!
The meal we shared at the end was delicious! Our instructor did a wonderful job explaining how to make everything. Instructions were given to make each dish. We had a wonderful time.

This was a fun experience! We all shared (group of 14) preparation of the food. Chopping onions, zucchini, peppers, etc. The preparation of the paella took a couple of hours. Meanwhile, we sipped both red and white wines, had a tortilla as an appetizer, and finally the paella was done.
The paella was good but did not have ample chicken ....it was mostly rice. However, the best part of the experience was Carlos. Great instruction, answered all our questions, and has incredible command of English. Great cook, friendly and patient.
I would definitely recommend this...definitely ask when Carlos is running the program.
Only complaint..this place is down a tiny street. A bit hard to find, especially in the rain. Give yourself ample time to arrive.
