My wife and I had a great tour in Ketchikan, Alaska with guide Clark who drove us around. Clark is a very knowledgeable tour guide that made sure to show us all the key sight seeing spots and explained in detail what they are all about. I highly recommend Viator for a great Ketchikan visiting experience. Thank you Clark and Viator

As a family we wanted to share an experience that was memorable and a bit tailored. We were given just that with Jamie, our tour guide. He made stops along the way and explained what we were seeing as well as give us a bit of a background. He answered our questions and linger just a tiny bit for us to capture those memorable pictures, while keeping the group moving along. We so wanted to see a whaile, and we did! Jamie was upbeat and personable, which is a huge plus. Highly recommend this experience!

1) Tour lasted only 1 hour and 40 minutes 2) Placard stated would return to ship and didn’t 3) Driver actually stated “ there is no wildlife at this time of year”, of course after i had paid 4) driver more interested in his dog and wife that were onboard, not passengers 5) No microphone so I couldn’t hear narration 6) Did not stop at totem pole area so we couldn’t get pictures 7) Way way overpriced for what we got

Chris gave us a private tour of the Ketchikan town and surroundings. He was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of stories about historical characters and events. Chris is a funny guy. Most impressed by the salmon run.

Jaime our driver was very informative and knowledgeable, however most of the passengers were rude and kept talking over him so it was hard for us to hear him. Felt like those passengers took so much time at the first rest stop that our tour ended too quickly (yes, Jaime apologized but said the company/tour had a time constraint). And yes, we went late in the season so didn't see the wildlife we wanted to either, but Jaime was very helpful in finding some for us. The waterfall was awesome and not on the tour offered by the cruise line. 5stars for Jaime !!
