Historically, the Everglades in South Florida began in the coastal areas of today's South Florida Metropolitan Area, and that's why our guides start sharing stories about the Everglades right from the pick-up.
During the drive, you'll get detailed information about the past, present, and future of the Everglades, as well as insights into the exotic flora and fauna. By the time you step off the bus, you'll already be experts on the Everglades!

Get ready for a thrilling approximately 60-minute airboat ride through the "River of Grass" that we've selected for you! Zoom into the wild vegetation, pass by alligators, turtles, snakes, and other wildlife, giving you the chance for unforgettable experiences and unique photo opportunities!
Our airboat ride lasts twice as long (up to 60 minutes) and is twice as fast (up to 80 km/h) compared to other tour providers.
Afterward, enjoy an informative 20-minute wildlife show, where you can marvel at "Nuisance Alligators" – alligators that have been rescued from certain death!
Don't forget to check out the park's souvenir shop for the perfect keepsake to bring home.

I’d book a small group ticket to be in a more confident boat and we were more than twenty in the boat. Ride not interesting with a poor sonorization. May be for kids who could enjoy it.

The ride was not what we had in mind when I booked this trip. The airboat was not suitable for a handicapped person and we expected an open air ride not one that went around in a short circle for an hour

Highly recommend this tour company! They went above and beyond to accommodate us. Christian was our guide and he handled everything! He was so informative and enthusiastic, you can tell he loves his job!

Tour guide was amazing. Unfortunately my husband left our free picture at the park and I couldn’t reach anyone to get another one. Trip was great though. Only saw one alligator but wasn’t too surprised.

It was so much fun, I went with my parents and we took a minibus till everglades, airboat tour, Gator show and it is just beautiful. Gator sighted too ❤️, our tour guide Christian/Chris was very nice too 🎉

Excellent bus Tour guide who was very informative. Alligator show and airboat ride were very entertaining but we chose a time of the season were the Everglades was experiencing a big drop in water levels and Alligator mating season so we only spotted 1 Alligator out on our boat trip.
A very enjoyable experience nearly ruined by the appalling Banana Joe customer services (contacted via Whatsapp) who was unwilling to help and very rude.
For anyone booking via TripAdvisor/Viator requesting any information/confirmation of your Tour the Banana Joe contact number is virtually useless. Apparently booking directly and via TripAdvisor they are unwilling to answer any questions eg pick times, locations, bookings etc.
My query to the Tour operator was to confirm pick areas, location coverage and times. As the booking systems are different I was told to read my booking confirmation. I wanted to confirm the meet up location as we were outside of the stated zone. The customer service response kept referring me back to the TripAdvisor message centre. The customer service responder was rude messaging me to stop asking questions, and even sent a rude voice message telling me to stop messaging and it was my fault for not being able to use the message centre. I had contacted TripAdvisor helpline on 3 occasions the previous day to confirm details and pick/location which was note responded back to.
There is very confusing and conflicting information if booked via TripAdvisor or directly. Booking via TripAdvisor includes hotel/accommodation pick up even outside of the stated zone on the Banana Joe website. We found this out to our own Taxi cost on the morning of our trip while we were waiting at one of the 2 meeting points while the tour bus was enroute to pick us up.
Lesson of the tour is (exact same tour if booked via TripAdvisor or tour operator website) excellent same tour and experience. It was cheaper to book with TripAdvisor than directly with the tour operator.
If booked via TripAdvisor do not call or message the tour operator number provided in the contacts page as I experienced a rude and unhelpful member of staff. They customer service responders needs some retraining pr what is good customer service that reflects on the brand, as I nearly cancelled my tour.

DO NOT CHOOSE!! TERRIBLE LOCAL OPERATOR.
We booked the trip on viator and tried to confirm the time with the operator, and only later realized the time is only available the day before the trip, which our time slot is 1pm and we needed to head out to the airport by 7pm for our 9pm flight.
The trip time on the page is marked as 3 hours so we thought even 1pm pickup should be alright so we stood by 1pm.
HOWEVER, at 1:15 the driver called and told us he made a mistake in the pickup and needs us to wait another hour before picking up, and we asked what the dropoff time would be when we come back and he said it would be 7pm, so we decided not to risk it and cancel it. Then the seller marked us as NO SHOW and refused any refund.
Terrible experience, do not book with them!!
1. No time confirmation until on the day before the trip.
2. Very inaccurate web description of duration 3 hours.
3. Significant delay in pickup time and messed up our schedule.
4. Bad customer service of no communication no refund.
Do not waste your money with them!!

Amazing tour with really nice people. It was very informational and the guides were funny too and cracked some jokes.
The entire thing lasts about 4 hours and is something I strongly recommend!
