Stop At: Halong Bay, Halong Bay, Quang Ninh Province
08:00-08:30 Driver picked up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter and transferred to Ha Long.
11:30-12:00 Arrival at Tuan Chau International Cruise Port to join the check-in procedure.
12:00-14:00 Boarding Le Journey Cruise, served welcome drink & Lunch time in cruise restaurant.
14:00-17:00 Explore the Surprising Cave & Titop Island with swimming and hiking activities.
17:00-18:00 Back on board for the Sunset Party & Cooking Class Session.
18:00-19:00 Happy Hour - BUY 2 DRINK GET 1 FREE.
19:00-20:00 Enjoy your dinner on the Sundeck (if the weather is favorable).

Ha Long Bay is beautiful but our experience in the cruise wasn’t great. Both the boat and the rooms didn’t look like the photos on the site, we saw several rats and roaches on board and I found a live beetle on my salad so no, it was not a good experience. The staff was the only thing I found positive.

We had a lovely cruise overnight. Our cruise guide was Tom and he was fantastic. Lots of fun and great to communicate. The kayaking in the bay near pearl farm is also beautiful to swim - better than the beach and great to cool off after the cave walk. Take some cash as if you want to but anything in cave or on beach only have cash. Also take some bottled water on the cruise. We had a yummy Long Island iced tea during happy hour! Loved the Karaoke and squid fishing. Happy Birthday Tom.

Firstly, l would compliment the crew,
were all extremely friendly and professional. However, this was not a 4 star cruise. The crew tried their very best to work on an extremely tried looking vessel. It was rusty, worn out and certainly not of a 4 star standard.
The carpet outside our room had a huge stain. The edges were frayed and was a trip hazard.
The curtains in my rooms were not connected correctly and stained.
Bathroom: old, mouldy, no toilet roll holder, toilet seat did not sit straight.
I tried on three seperate occasions to have a shower as there was no water pressure. I left the cruise without showering!
The floor boards in my children’s bathroom were rotted and when stepping on them, moved and there was a pool of water underneath them which came through.
Air conditioner in the restaurant dripped water and had to be turned off.
Overall, very disappointed with the standard of the vessel which impacted on overall trip.

Enjoyed every minute. Stuck to a really good timetable. The food was amazing and so much of it. Staff were really friendly. Downside was I wouldn't rate it 4 🌟. It was more 3 🌟
