Enjoy bird’s-eye views of Morocco’s deserts and the foothills of the Atlas Mountains on a sunrise hot-air balloon ride from Marrakech. Ride a 4x4 to the launch spot in the early morning and drift through the dawn skies over the desert valleys and hillsides just as the sun casts them in gold, orange and pink. Then, land safely back on ground to enjoy a tasty Berber breakfast. A flight certificate to commemorate your balloon ride is also included.
Stop At: High Atlas Mountains, Morocco
Rise early and leave your Marrakech hotel by 4x4 with your guide. Relax inside the air-conditioned vehicle as you travel to the launch site in time for your balloon ride. On arrival, boost your energy with pastries, tea, and coffee and look on as your experienced crew prepares your balloon. Climb into the spacious basket for takeoff. Each basket accommodates up to 16 people, and there’s ample room for you to sightsee comfortably as you fly. Thrill as your balloon rises into the skies and ogle the aerial views of the desert as you float through the air. Take photos of the rocky valleys and peaks as your pilot steers your balloon over the foothills of the Atlas Mountains. Touch down safely back to ground then, take a seat in a tent overlooking the mountains and savor a delicious breakfast of Berber staples such as cornbread, pancakes, olives, fresh fruit, and mint tea. Having enjoyed breakfast. Receive a commemorative flight certificate to mark your balloon ride, and return to your Marrakech hotel by 4x4 to end your trip.

I didn’t think Morocco could be beaten until we did this surprise sunrise balloon ride for my 40th birthday. Our pilot who was not only young and beautiful but an awesome pilot too at such a young age. She is one talented young lady! Totally enjoyed, the views were fantastic. Hamid our driver was also very lovely and friendly. We even met the other female pilot Lina’s mother Wafia who is also beautiful and friendly. A family run business and you can tell, everyone was so friendly and helpful. A day I will never forget. Thank you! Xx

We had the most amazing time. We got to see some of the most gorgeous views, definitely worth the early get up! " Wafia is an excellent pilot, very friendly and upbeat. Great music playlist too! 🤣 She also managed to take some amazing pictures for us. One of the coolest, most interesting people I have ever met. I would highly recommend to anyone!!! The berber breakfast was a nice finishing touch at the end.

The trip was slightly disappointing and not worth the money in all honesty. We was picked up on time which was great, we then went to a second hotel to collect another group. The driver struggled to locate the family as their hotel was a large complex which made us later for the experience.
We had requested an English guide, however the 2nd family to join where from Germany so the driver communicated in German from the point they was collected.
We had no idea what was going on. The trip was advertised as refreshments before launch. There was no refreshments left just a messy table when we arrived.
The launch site changed (my assumption would be due to weather, however not 100% sure as again this was related in German , when me and my partner only speak English). We then had to RUN to board the hot air balloon because it was literally about to depart without us. Now running doesn’t bother me, but what I was very disappointed in, was the fact that we did not get to see the hot air balloon being lit /prepared like advertised. We literally ran, jumped into the already prepared balloon and that was that it set off immediately.
The pilot was great, smooth take off and landing and I cannot complain about that aspect at all. But the experience as a whole was dis satisfying and I would not book again.

This is a must do experience….. from start to finish it’s a time of your life that you will talk about many, many times.
It’s an early start but absolutely worth it, everyone involved makes it a time that you will talk about and share.
The trip is very well organised and orchestrated, from pick up to return, it really is something I would absolutely recommend.
Our Pilot Elaina and the whole team made the flight safe, exciting, relaxing and absolutely enjoyable… xx

This was such a magical experience! The company accommodated a last minute booking from us with less than 24 hours notice and everything was communicated clearly. From pick up, the entire experience was exceptional, even post balloon ride, and the traditional berber breakfast offered in a traditional tent.
The balloon experience itself was just amazing. I'd recommend anyone book this!

We set off from our Riad at just after 5am in a comfortable people carrier and had a trip of around 40 mins to the launch site - the last couple of kilometres are on dusty dirt tracks but hang in there.
Arriving just before Dawn to a table of juice/ coffee pastries we watched as the balloons turned up on trailers and were slowly inflated. There were around six at our site. The burners come on and light up the canopies as they fill.
We were told which one was ours and walked over to it as it was being inflated. There were around 20 people in our basket - slit into 4 smaller baskets.
You climb in and are soon away. The views and sunrise are breathtaking and there is something quite magical about the silence, the motion and the lack of wind. So serene and picturesque!
The flight is around 30 to 40 mins we would have liked to go longer and higher - think we got to around 3000ft. The landing is professional with no drama - really well done. Our pilot was funny and entertained us well.
Then a short trip back to the vent for breakfast before departure. We really recommend that you do this - it’s a bucket list item and well worth the money. All done and back at our hotel by 9am for coffee👍 and a second breakfast!

Amazing experience. Pilots are professionals and staff is welcoming. Thanks a lot for this activity. They planned a surprise birthday at the last minute and everything went well. We was 2 adults and 2 babies.

Amazing. Spectacular. Wow!
Booking process was easy and had confirmation of pick up via whatsapp the night before which was right on time. Pre-breakfast and breakfast was amazing in a beautiful set up with fires to keep warm if chilly. Sancho our pilot was funny, had a great play list and I felt safe floating in the air. Bucket list achievement. Don't question it - highly recommend you book it. You won't regret it. Thank you to all the team, you know what you are doing. Gratitude.

Had to walk to a meet up point about 10 mins from our Riad at 5.15am and met by the driver who was smoking and then proceeded to drive very fast overtaking lots of cars - we were scared. On arrival 6 baloons were going up and it was very interesting to see them get them ready. We had orange juice and croissants on arrival where were very nice Quite hard to get into the basket without a step but once in (we had 20 in our baloon, 4 sections with 5 people in each) and it was a bit of a tight squeeze. However once off the ground it was a wonderful experience as there were over 20 baloons up in the sky at the same time. We had a female pilot who was very nice. Good views of Atlas mountains and Marrakech as a beautiful day. Berber breakfast was a lot of very dry bread, coconut macaroons, pitta type of bread and a boiled egg/honey - very basic but we hardly ate anything.
