A full day hands-on Cooking Class in a stunning setting in the Tuscan countryside, including a
market visit topped off with a 4-course lunch.
Search for fresh ingredients at Florence’s historic central food market before traveling to our
beautiful Tuscan farmhouse in the countryside. On arrival be prepared to roll up your sleeves,
you will start creating a complete menu, from appetizer to dessert.
Master the secrets of traditional dishes that you will easily re-create at home for your friends and
family. The cooking lesson is suitable for beginners and for those who can already cook.
Then finally we will all sit together on a terrace hosting incredible views over the Tuscan hills and just like a big Italian family, we will take time to enjoy the food we have prepared together,
complemented with Chianti wine. Buon appetito!

On Sundays and public holidays there is no visit to the San Lorenzo Mercato Centrale (instead there will be a visit of the vegetable garden at the estate where you can pick the fresh ingredients)

This was the best day we had so far in Italy! Lavi was so much fun and Carmela was a hoot! We learned so much and actually made the best tasting Italian food! Everyone had a chance to participate and we met some really great people, too. The farmhouse was beautiful and the views were spectacular!

I highly recommend this experience when you are in Florence, if you are fortunate to get Luca as your guide/chef you will be in for a great treat. Luca was very informative about the location, food and culture but more importantly he was very entertaining, hilarious and brought additional joy to this wonderful experience. Of course I cant leave out Carmela who was very energetic and loved to sing and dance while showing us her cooking skills.

Carmella and Lavinia made the day very special. Lots of fun making a four course meal and plenty of wine to wash it down when we sat down to enjoy the food we made.The Spring weather was very kind to us with lovely sunshine all day. Although my mobility is not good, they took good care of me. A really wonderful and memorable day!

Everything was amazing from start to finish! Lavi our guide and translator was phenomenal. She gave great explanations and history as we walked through the center to the market. Carmela the chef was so much fun and entertaining. She made sure everyone was included and participated throughout each course. The views were breathtaking and the food was delicious.

BEST cooking class EVER!! My husband and I think this was the best thing we did in our two weeks in Italy. We’ve taken what we’ve learned and apply it to our cooking back home. It’s a fun way to share what we experienced with our family. Oh, and the food is incredible. Luca was an amazing teacher and made the whole experience fun. Not to mention, being given a tour of the market and how to buy things was helpful. We brought back 5 lbs of cheese to the states with us based on what we got to taste test on the tour!

I cannot recommend this cooking class enough. You are guaranteed to have a great time by both instructors, especially Luca, who’s humor really makes the whole day.
Cooking class was wonderful, the end result tasted great, and the farmhouse was gorgeous.
This was definitely experience, highly recommend.

Lavinia, our guide, and Carmella, the chef were both absolutely amazing! The food and views were both incredible. This class was recommended to me by a friend, and I have already recommended it to so many others. The highlight of our time in Florence!
