Got dropped off early right by spot told by man not there, he argued and said he worked for them and it wasn’t there we messaged and while waited we see the message saying we had been refunded! Then when we walked back and finally got to hotel( 40
Minutes later) the man had been calling said they were still waiting for us, and had been calling us!!! What would we stay at a place where we were supposed to be dropped off and your guy is telling us( exact location) it isn’t there and your email says it is refunded) and you are yelling at me would we want to spend money to drive back??? You were rude, and disrespectful and had no regard for anything! You even said the man there had been banned from that property for a long time which means YOU knew he is there doing that!!

The directions are unclear, took us entirely too long to find the meeting point. Tour operators didn’t try to call to see if we needed help finding the location or to see why we didn’t make it before pulling off. Communication was terrible and we ended up missing the entire event. Ruined the end of our vacation.

They don't allow you to use sunscreen, they don't allow you to wear aqua socks and they expect you to be able to climb like a monkey to get on and off. Don't do it. Not worth a gash in the leg from the dock.

The experience, quality of service, amenities, and the package that came with the purchase. The boat was very comfortable and safe, the crew was courteous and eager to service. The only issue we ghad was the diving session was short due to the changing winds and the photo package was not offered at the beginning of the slotted time but at the end.

The captain and tour operator were the best part of the tour.
Otherwise It was very lackluster. The reef was nothing special. And the shipwrecks were a yawn. I thought it was going to be jam

With fun.
But no!
The operators were really sweet and nice though.
There are way better tours out there.

We really enjoyed this snorkeling trip! My 8 year old son had never snorkeled and it was a perfect beginner trip for him. The clear boat itself was awesome and made the entire boat ride so enjoyable! The staff was very fun and helpful. We purchased the pictures they took and they were very affordable. We would definitely do this again! Great experience for the money!

I loved it but the snorkeling part was way too short! They took us to see ship wrecks and starfishes but the actually snorkeling part felt like 12 minutes.

The staff was great, the experience was fun. The boat and water were really beautiful to see. The office was easy to find. Life jackets, drinks, and snorkel masks (no flippers) were provided. The boat ride showed some fun things like sunken ships and starfish. My family of 6 (2 adults, 4 kids ages 16, 11, 8 and 4) all enjoyed it. We all did wish the boat ride was a bit shorter and the snorkeling portion was a bit longer. My 11 year old got a bit sea sick, so if you’re prone to that, might take a Dramamine beforehand. Also, once we arrived, we were told not to apply sunscreen because it was too slippery for the boat. So if you need sunscreen, be sure to apply before going to the meeting place. Over all a good experience and worth the money spent.

Booked through the cruise line. You have to rent a locker for $10 to put you things in bc they like to keep the boat clutter free for viewing. The water is so clear u can see everything. The boat ride was great. Our guide Rooster was great. He took us to sunken ships and when he saw sea animals he always circled around to give us time to take pictures. The only downside was how hard it was to get in and out of the boat. I would book this again if i ever go back
