Itinerary

Day 1: Explore East Jeju UNESCO Heritage(Tue,Thu,Sat)

Stop At: Saryeoni Forest Path, San 137-1, Gyorae-ri, Jocheon-eup, Jeju, Jeju Island South Korea
The forest trail is known as one of Jeju's top 31 hidden attractions, and is well-known as being very protected. It is very popular among tourists who enjoy hiking and the outdoors.
Duration: 50 minutes

Stop At: Seongeup Folk Village, Seong-eup-ri, Pyoseon-myeon, Jeju, Jeju Island 699-912 South Korea
This traditional village on Jeju Island has been preserved as it was in olden days with impressive piles of stones designed to protect roofs from the wind. The buildings have been designated important folk relics because these castles and homes that were built to prevent a Japanese invasion have remained intact the Joseon Dynasty.
Duration: 50 minutes

Stop At: Seopjikoji, Sinyang-ri, Seongsan-eup, Seogwipo, Jeju Island South Korea
Natural Place Seopjikoji is located at the end of the eastern shore of Jeju Island and boasts a fantastic scenery especially in April when yellow canola flowers are in full bloom. "Seopji" is the old name for the area, and "Koji" is Jeju dialect meaning a sudden bump on land.

Seopjikoji can be replaced with Sangumburi on October and November

Stop At: Seongsan Ilchulbong, 104 Seongsan-ri, Seongsan-eup, Seogwipo, Jeju Island South Korea
UNESCO Heritage Including Women Diver Show Seongsan Ilchulbong, also called ‘Sunrise Peak’, is an archetypal tuff cone formed by hydrovolcanic eruptions upon a shallow seabed about 5 thousand years ago. Situated on the eastern seaboard of Jeju Island and said to resemble a gigantic ancient castle, this tuff cone is 182 meters high, has a preserved bowl-like crater and also displays diverse inner structures resulting from the sea cliff.

Stop At: Jongdal-ri, Gujwa-eup, Jeju-si, Jeju-do, South Korea
The tour bus takes beautiful coastline of Noth-Eastern Jeju and you will pass by Hado Beach & Saehwa beach whilst heading to Manjang cave. Plus, Jongdalri Shore Road is known as for a hydrangea during Summer.

Stop At: Jeju Stone Park, San119 Gyorae-ri, Jocheon-eup, Jeju, Jeju Island 695-961 South Korea
On rainy days, Jeju Stone Park will be replaced by visiting Haenyeo Museum.

Jeju Stone Park is a museum and ecological park which shows general and systemic stone culture of Jeju Island, the homeland of stones.
Manjang Cave [UNESCO World Heritage] It is currently closed due to anti-falling construction.
It is scheduled to reopen in August 2025. During the construction period, it will be replaced by 'Jeju Stone Park'.

Pass By: Haenyeo Museum, 3204-1 Hado-ri, Gujwa-eup, Jeju, Jeju Island 695-976 South Korea
On rainy days, Jeju Stone Park will be replaced by visiting Haenyeo Museum.

The Jeju Haenyeo Museum was built to help re-evaluate haenyeo culture in Jeju and record, preserve and provide education about their significant contributions, socially, economically and historically. On display are informative exhibits with information regarding the local environment, fishing villages, folk culture, and fisheries industry, with the unique haenyeo culture at the center of it all.

Pass By: Sangumburi Crater, San38, Gyorae-ri, Jocheon-eup, Jeju, Jeju Island South Korea
In autumn, when the ridges of Sangumburi Crater are colored gold by waves of silvergrass, the planted cedar becomes the dominate species that take up most of the eastern and western slopes, with Sawtooth oak in the surrounding area. Furthermore, Korean Fir has been planted to form a forest path. Excluding these lush forests, colonies of Eulalia grass cover large patches of the crater. The colonies of silvergrass make up the representative scenery of Sangumburi Crater during the autumn, a view that is cherished by visitors from all over the world.
Only October to December instead of Seopjikoji. The best times to visit are October to December


Pass By: Manjanggul Cave, 182, Manjanggul-gil, Jeju, Jeju Island South Korea
This is the world's largest known lava tube created by volcanic activity. You can feel the magnificence of the landscape that resembles being inside an underground place. The especially exquisite Stone Turtle that resembles Jeju Island is particularly popular. In case of closing of Manjanggul Lava Tube (the first Wednesday of every month) Jeju Haenyeo Museum will be alternative tour course)
Manjang Cave [UNESCO World Heritage] is currently closed due to construction to prevent falling hazards. It is scheduled to reopen in August 2025. During this construction period, it will be substituted by 'Jeju Stone Park'.

Day 2: Discover Nature, culture of Western Jeju(Mon,Wed, Fri)

Stop At: Hallasan National Park, San 220-1 Sanghyo-dong, Seogwipo, Jeju Island South Korea
[Eoseungsaengak] is an baby volcano called "Oreum", of Halla Mountain.

On rainy days, Hallasan Mountain will be replaced by visiting Circus World.
Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: O’sulloc Tea Museum, 15, Sinhwayeoksa-ro, Andeok-myeon, Seogwipo, Jeju Island 63521 South Korea
The Osulloc Tea Museum, located on Jeju Island opened in 2001 is Korea's first tea museum. In 2013, Osulloc Tea Stone was built next to the museum offering visitors with various tea experience and cultural activity programs.

Stop At: Sanbangsan Mountain, Andeok-myeon, Seogwipo, Jeju Island South Korea
Sanbangsan, rising to a height of 395 meters is a typical dome-shaped, craterless volcano. Its name, Sanbang, originates from a natural stone cave formed in the middle of the mountain. Inside the cave, called Sanbanggulsa Temple, there is a statue of the Buddha. According to a legend, water drops from the cave ceiling are the tears of love shed by the goddess who protects Sanbangsan’s stone walls.

Stop At: Yongmeori Coast, South Korea, 제주특별자치도 서귀포시 안덕면 사계리
Yongmeori Coast is a volcanic beach made of ash emitted during violent explosions occurring when hot magna coming from underground met the cold seawater. Going down the narrow path to the beach, you can also see a sandstone cliff. Its name, Yongmeori (it literally means a dragon’s head) comes from its resemblance to a dragon appearing ready to plunge deep into the sea. Entrance may not be permitted during rising tides or bad weather. In case of closing of Yongmeori Coast (during rising tides or bad weather) Mt. Songaksan will be alternative tour course.

Stop At: Cheonjeyeon Falls, Cheonjeyeonpokpogwanriso 132 Cheonjeyeon-ro, Seogwipo, Jeju Island 63546 South Korea
Cheonjeyeon Falls, named "The Pond of God," consists of 3 sections. Around the falls, a variety of plant life thrives, such as the rare ‘solimnan’ reeds. To the east, there is a cave where cold water pours from the ceiling to create the first waterfall. The water gathers into a pool and from there, falls two more times, creating the second and third waterfalls, which then flow into the sea.

Stop At: Daepo Haean Jusangjeolli Cliff, 36-30, Ieodo-ro, Seogwipo, Jeju Island 63547 South Korea
Jusangjeolli Cliff [UNESCO GEO Park]
The columnar joints in the Jungmun Tourism Complex were designated as Natural Monument #433 on December 27, 2004. They look like a large folding screen with black hexagon stone pillars. When you visit here and look at the columnar joints with beautiful ocean waves crashing against them, you will be mesmerized by nature's greatness.

Pass By: Songaksan Mountain, 421-1, Songakgwangwang-ro, Daejeong-eup, Seogwipo, Jeju Island 63512 South Korea
In case of closing of Yongmeori Coast (during rising tides or bad weather) Mt. Songaksan will be alternative tour course

Stop At: Jeju Circus World, 214 Donggwang-ro, Andeok-myeon, Seogwipo, Jeju-do, South Korea
On rainy days, Hallasan Mountain will be replaced by visiting Circus World.

Take a look at the spectacular Chinese-technique circus performance which is performed in Jeju Island! Started from January 2004, this circus becomes more popular as a must-visit attraction in Jeju Island. It has the combination of the circus performance and Arirang which is the Korean traditional music. The other popular performance corner is the motorcycle show that will boost the audiences' adrenaline. This Jeju Circus World Performance Stage already received an award from the International Circus Festival. And even, their performance is approved in China, because this circus show can open the new paradigm in performance culture with amazing memories and emotion.

I enjoyed very much the 2-day excursion east and west of the island. This option allows to visit a majority of must-see sites at a good pace. Our guide was friendly and informative, and he took us to great places for lunch. The communication with the tour operator was also very precise. Top value for money!

We spent a great day with our guide in the east of Jeju. Especially Woljeongori Beach and Seongsan Ichulbong have been very beautiful. The guide was very informative and nice. The lunch which is included was typical Korean and delicious. We would recommend the tour to all Juju travellers.

Les prestations annoncées (et facturées) n'ont pas été remplies: faute de clients (et on comprend maintenant pourquoi!) on a eu, les 2 jours, un taxi que nous devions partager avec une autre dame (elle devant et nous 3 dernière) au lieu du bus prévu, pas de guide comme annoncé et à cause de la pluie 4 visites sur 6 le premier jour et uniquement 2 sur 6 le deuxième jour où nous avons pratiquement passé la journée enfermés dans le taxi qui nous montrait les sites à travers les gouttes sur les vitres. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi Lucas Travel en voyant que les prestations n'allaient pas être à la hauteur n'a pas eu l'honneteté d'annuler l'excursion au moins du 2ème jour. Je l'ai contacté pour lui demander un geste commercial et il m'a grossièrement répondu, je cite, qu'il n'en avait rien à faire de ma seule étoile. Sa réponse est vraiment à la hauteur de sa prestation. Je ne recommande pas du tout ce prestataire et vu son petit nombre de clients vous aurez de fortes (mal)chances de vous retrouver dans notre situation.
