firstly they said they would pick us as it included transport. We waited 45min!!!!!!! While my boyfriend was in the massage room someone just walked in while he was naked!! the scarper they use was really really hard!!!!! Definitely NOT a luxury experience also there was no mint tea and it was just a rub NOT a proper argan oil massage as stated

Aboubakr was the most amazing driver. He made us feel so comfortable and gave us wifi and let us choose the music to play in the car. He was super friendly and even got us juice and water on our way back to the hotel, after our spa experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better driver! I even forgot my phone in the car and he came all the way to the hotel to return it to me.
The spa experience was the best I’ve ever had, the service was amazing, the staff were super nice and the treatment was even better than expected. I would definitely do it again!

I contacted this company since June ahead of my birthday in September.
On the day of our planned hammam bath, they took us to the most run down, and unhygienic, spa I have ever seen.
The steam room had no steam in it whatsoever, and we basically sat in there using our body heat as our source of steam.
I almost cancelled on that booking, but my friends convinced me to ignore their incompetence and go ahead since we were there anyway.
Greatest mistake of my life!! I ended up with injuries inflicted on my skin from the scrub, and when I brought it to the notice of a staff me member called Sameer, he responded days later with the flimsy mail I had attached here.
Not a single apology from them till now.
The best part, all the claimed refund to be processed was never processed. They stopped responding to all my emails, after making me pay 100% deposit for all my tours.
Guys if you are taken to a “click excursions spa’ make sure you do a U-turn immediately. There are much more better spas in Marrakech than this run down place.
I worked with so many vendors on this trip, this company was the worst of them all.
After my 4 of my guests cancelled because of the earthquake, they refused to refund Thor money till date.

The experience was amazing! Great customer service to and from and Anass our driver was very nice, AC’d car, and went above and beyond with the service! The actual hamman and Spa was exceptional would highly recommend

Husband and i enjoyed the hammam very much. The ladies were really professional despite speaking very little english. Thanks rabih for the offer to take us anywhere if not back to our riad (2 min ride from our accommodation)- we were all oiled up so we need change. Overall, lovely experience.

Our driver Saife was on time and professional and took us to the Hamman Experience. Although very enjoyable, it was quite hard to communicate with the ladies doing the job, meaning that we got a full head dunk with a bowl of water without warning!
The total time in the Hamman was more like 1 hour not the 3 hours as advertised.
Thank being said, we enjoyed it and our skin felt great after!

This was our first experience of a Hammam! I definitely recommend reading up on what’s involved as it’s very different from your traditional spa day! (We’re from Ireland!)
However we really enjoyed it. Very relaxing! Would definitely recommend

Booked for 10am and was picked up on time and arrived by 10am. We didn't get into the hammam until around 10.40am as we had to wait for bath to warm up. I thought this was a poor excuse as they knew we was booked in at 10am so should have had it ready for that time especially as that's when the open. Bath was good but felt a bit rushed towards the end as we could hear more people arriving. The massage was pleasant but not much effort put into it. If you have ever had a Turkish hammam and massage I prefer that to the Moroccan
