Worst of the worst experience at this spa. My auntie fell down during shower b/c of the floor was too slippery and the server who was supposed to standby to held her hand got left for no reason. My auntie was severely injured and had an emergency surgery afterwards, her shoulder joint tendon got split apart and need to be inserted a clipper to put two sides back. After the incident was happening, The spa manager’s first reaction was not sending the victim to the hospital, he was trying to find excuses to get rid of the responsibility instead. This is not a correct attitude to deal with clients, especially majority of the clients are tourists or foreigners, who consider safety issues as first priority. If you can’t guarantee the safety, pls make sure you at least can handle the emergency situation positively. Otherwise this spa management is absolutely the root of the nightmare towards the clients.
