Board your luxury 250-person vessel at your selected time and head out along the sparkling River Seine. Pass the iconic Eiffel Tower, and cruise under Pont Alma and Pont Alexandre III. See the impressive National Assembly building, which houses part of the French parliament, and look out for the Louvre Museum. With an information booklet in hand, you can read up on all the sights from the comfort of your dining table. Opt to head to the upper deck, too, for 360-degree views during your cruise.

Drift along Ile St Louis and Ile de la Cité, and capture photos of Notre Dame Cathedral; floodlights make this Gothic masterpiece even more striking at night. Other sights include the National Library and Paris’ very own Statue of Liberty.

You’ll be served a gourmet 3-course dinner prepared by an award-winning team of chefs to enjoy while you take in views of Paris illuminated at night (see sample menu below). Upgrade to include drinks to complement your French meal, such as an aperitif, wine, Champagne, and coffee.

Being shown to our seats to then wait 45 minutes for a drink even asking for table water just to start but still never got either until our starters were served. When we asked about the wines as we wanted a bottle to share, we was hoping for a recommendation but instead the waiter replied ‘I don’t drink alcohol so I could not say’ I’m not sure if they was understaffed or just undertrained but we was sat closest to the kitchen but was served last out of the whole boat, we watched for a hour as food went out passed us while we still had our forgotten starter plates in front of us. There was never a table check to see if the starter was ok, the waiter just came to take the plates to then return a minute latter with the mains, which we had to send back as both dishes were cold, they returned a couple minutes later. Hot plates cold food still. When the waiter Finally came back to the table to present us the bill we had to remind him we hadn’t even had our desert yet. Overall absolutely terrible experience, the actual sights along the river was the only good thing about the trip, poor service and no customer service.

Dinner on the Siene with Captain Francesse was magnificent. It’s more for the romance experience than sight seeing, unless you go up to the top the whole time. In April it was cold and windy so we only spent a little bit of time there.

This was a disappointing and underwhelming evening. Rushed to be at the pier 15 minutes prior to departure only to have to wait for at least 30 minutes before boarding. Boat was sort of nice at first glance, but smelled like a hospital at dinner time. The food was presented very well, but tasted bland and not at all the quality we were expecting. All this could have been forgiven if not for our waiter, who was rude, careless and the opposite of hospitable. He literally dumped the cutlery on our table in between courses, giving my husband two spoons and a knife but no fork, then was rude when we asked for a fork. Drinks took forever to arrive and no offer of a second drink was made. Absolutely terrible service and customers were made to feel like an inconvenience. What could be a really special event was made tacky by loud music, photographers who made us pose as if we were getting married (then offer the photos for sale), and a general lack of care and attention to the details that matter. Visitors to Paris choose this activity as a special and memorable way to see the city at night...our evening was memorable for all the wrong reasons.

We thoroughly enjoyed this river cruise. It was very enjoyable from the staff to the photographer to the weight. Staff and the food was delicious as well. The cruise sailed along the Seine in the evening and it was beautiful. Most spectacularly when we departed from the cruise, the Eiffel Tower began to sparkle magnificently. We would recommend this particular cruise over the others.

Very romantic. Food was good. Drinks expensive. 12 euros for a bottle of coke… But the staff were lovely, boat was really clean and welcoming. Would recommend

Loved the cruise. The staff paid attention to detail and were very pleasant. The food was very lovely but the deserts were 10/10, absolutely amazing We also went through the important landmarks and the ambience was very cozy and warm Cant wait to come back, 10/10 recommend 👌🏽

The food was OK, the waiter was nice but rushing all the time. They sit you in the middle and if you want a window seat they ask for more money. It seems they penalize you by booking with Viator instead of their company directly. The hostess was k very unfriendly.

The food was not good at all especially for the price. The shrimp lacked seasoning. The drinks were very expensive. We showed up 30 min early and there was no boat. When they write 8:15 they mean the boat arrives at 8:15. The staff was ok. The water level was too high and they couldn’t go the normal route which was fine but something to be aware of if you go in the spring. Would not recommend this to anyone.
