Amazing day out with our driver/guide Chris H. Excellent host! Just an amazing day from start to finish - could have stayed all day at the Moonlit Sanctuary - feeing wallabies and kangaroos and having a "koala experience" - SO worth the little bit extra. Then on to Penguin Island - which is full of wild "swamp" wallabies, and saw a little echidna close up. The penguins are so cute - you can hear them before seeing them when they come out of the water - and suddenly there they are on the beach. The best bit is working your way back to the Visitors' Centre and seeing them all walking up from the beach to their little burrows. Magical! - thanks to Chris H for such a fun day!!

Tour was well organised with punctual hotel pick ups. Good combination of locations bundled with the penguin sightings. Felix our guide was friendly and informative. Bonus points for giving us a little extra time for pictures when the southern lights came on!

Had a wonderful day trip to Phillip Island with our exceptional guide, Bob. He was friendly and informative, making the tour engaging from start to finish. The schedule was well-paced, allowing ample time at each stop without feeling rushed. Highlights included the koala sanctuary and the penguin parade, where, despite a no-photo policy to protect the penguins, the experience was magical. Overall, Bob made the tour memorable. Highly recommend!

Our Philip Island tour was nothing short of magical. From breathtaking views to fascinating anecdotes, along with the super cute tiny little penguins, every moment was memorable. Mark K, our guide, made the journey exceptional with his warmth and knowledge. From start to finish, Mark’s warm and friendly demeanor made the entire experience even more special. The beaitiful coastline, pristine beaches, and charming wildlife were definitely nothing short of phenomenal. Mark’s insightful commentary added depth to each stop too, making us appreciate the natural beauty and history even more. Thank you, Mark, for an incredible adventure! :)

Our guide Bree and her penguin partner Erny are awesome! Bree cheers up the group, and can drive very well. The trip itself is very good. I feel so satisfied to feed kangaroo, pet koala, and watch the penguin parade.

Excellent tour with Bree as our tour guide. It was well paced, and we got to see so much! Bree was pleasant and enthusiastic, even though she's probably done this trip 100s of times. This exceeded my expectations!

We had a lovely day out with Sherif and Go West Tours. The sightseeing stops were timed nicely so that we were never in the bus for too long, and food stops were also well planned out along with the sightseeing. This makes it a good option for families with kids too. Special thanks to Sherif for being a lovely driver cum guide who made us all feel comfortable and entertained. Would definitely recommend as an add-on to your Melbourne visit.
