In this class, you’ll learn to make three spritzes, the staple Italian drink, and fresh, handmade pasta with a traditional sauce - all in one class and guided by a local expert chef.
We’ll start with an Aperol spritz, as you get to know the other people in the class and meet your chef. Then, we’ll start with the pasta.
Using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, you’ll roll, cut and cook your very own pasta and learn how to make the ultimate carbonara or cacio e pepe. While you’re cooking, you’ll also be enjoying a Campari spritz - because why not?
Once everything's ready, enjoy your food with your new friends, your chef, and a delicious Limoncello spritz to cap off a perfect afternoon.

• Carbonara/Cacio e Pepe - You’ll be making fresh, fettuccine pasta with the help of your expert chef, and then a delicious carbonara or cacio e pepe sauce. Delizioso!
• Spritzes! - 1. Aperol Spritz. Perfect to get to know each other.
2. Campari spritz while we’re cooking.
3. Limoncello spritz - sweet and delicious.

Best excursion ever! Bart was amazing! He was so funny and created a sense of community in the group. The food was awesome! There were even more drinks to make than we expected. So so fun! I would recommend this class to anyone and everyone (above drinking age).

We had the best time tonight making pasta with Poline & Sheri! It was so much fun making each of the spritz cocktails and the group all got on really well - both the carbornara and cacio peppe were amazing 🤩 thank you so much, we would love to come again next time we are in Rome
