The company was in contact with us right away, after we made the reservation and we were communicating all the time.
The driver show up about 15 minutes prior yo the appointment. Which was a plus, we arrived a Narita within plenty of time.

The driver was on time. Surely he had been sleeping and smoking in the car, the car stinked of smoke. The driver did all he could not to use expressway, saving himself some money on toll. On top of that I had to watch him all the time as he fell asleep several times during driving, that was not safe at all. Will never use Viator again, this kind of service is not acceptable

We booked online only a day and a half in advance. Received prompt confirmation and direct communication from the driver shortly thereafter. We ordered 9 seat van for airport trip. There doesn't seem to be many vehicles available in Tokyo that can carry more than 3 people so this was very convenient for us and the great customer service was so helpful in such a busy city. We thought that the price was very reasonable and the driver was friendly and arrived early. This worked perfectly and we will not hesitate to use Viator again in the future.
