"Gỏi đu đủ"- papaya salad is originally offered in my tour since 2018. The plate of papaya salad included long strands of thinly cut green papaya, roasted peanuts, some type of what I think was beef jerky (the black stuff on the left side of my plate), a wonderful addition of sliced Vietnamese coriander, and finally a handful of extra crispy fritters, kind of like fried crackers, on the very top.

Nguyen Thien Thuat apartment buildings have existed for about half of the century, where we will have Hue beef soup. Most of the people who have been living there do not want to leave their familiar living place. Some of them have been neighbors since the Vietnam War.

Ho Thi Ky is the largest flower market in Ho Chi Minh City, supplies flowers to the city and some provinces in the South of Vietnam. Founded in the 1980s, this is a rare place that upholds the characteristic of the old Saigon.

Stop At: Chinatown (Cho Lon) - District 5, Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam
One of the popular street foods which you shouldn’t miss when you visit Vietnam for the first time. Banh xeo refers to sizzling pancake which contains different ingredients including pork, shrimp, onion, bean sprouts, mung beans.

Fantastic food tour which took us all over Saigon. Our guides Thu, Tram Anh, Duy and Tuan were so lovely, knowledgeable and fun. The food was great- best Bahn Mi in whole of Vietnam! Really fun way to see the city by motorbike and meet new people. Felt really safe whizzing through the streets at rush hour.

The best food tour in the city. My guide Hannah was on time, courteous, and very knowledgeable. The best way to experience foods from different districts, away from the normal tourist spots and without sitting in traffic. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend this amazing tour. Tan. Daniel and the other guides were wonderful, taking the time to explain so much about the country and its food. I am in my mid 50’s and never been on a motorbike before. We were in bumper to bumper peak hour traffic, weaving through cars and bikes and thanks to Tan I felt 100% safe at all times. Absolutely loved this tour. Food was amazing!

Great way to spend a few hours. We did this with John and Daniel as guides, they whisked us around the city and gave us the chance to dive into food that we would have just walked past otherwise because we would have had no idea what to ask for. Very good, thoroughly enjoyed it all.

I am so glad I booked this tour! My brother and I had a wonderful experience with Tan and his colleagues. They were great tour guides and made us feel so safe on the motorbikes. I was recommended this by friends who came last month and it was an amazing experience as promised. It was great fun and the guides were courteous and incredibly knowledgeable. My only advice is don’t eat before hand as the portions are very generous and everything is so delicious.
