It was very good actually our tour guide is also nice and accommodating. I hope they will recommend some of the local food like bringing us there to have some lunch or dinner. But overall it was good and I enjoyed a lot. Thank you for the staff

Madi, the guide that accompanied our tour, is a really nice and friendly guy! The bus is really comfy and the driver was also very good, driving safely while making sure we got everywhere in time. The landscapes you'll get to see on this trip are really breathtaking and it's absolutely worth waking up early. Also, don't shy away from booking with Panda Travel just because they only have a few reviews so far. Everything was great and I'm sure they'll get loads more reviews in the near future.

I would have chosen another company. Here is why:
* Poor time management - 15 minutes here, 30 minutes there, so about 2-3 hours we were just idle and the whole tour ended 10:30 PM.
* To big group - it was actually 2 vans.
* It was not "English" group, but bilingual. About 80% of people spoke Russian. I would say that there was somewhat misleading advertising.
* Tour guide spoke English very-very fast, so some information was simply missed. Also, most information was just basic Wikipedia.
I actually wanted to change my dates, but it was impossible, because they do not answer to messages neither pick a phone. Their declared office does not exist.

Best experience ever, the tour was a highlight of our trip to Almaty, we managed to see 5 beautiful landscapes in one full day. Our guide Abdul Hamid was fun and kind. We highly recommend this tour if you’re in Almaty. Love from Indonesia ❤️

It was a long day but it was well worth it. Charyn Canyon was beautiful so were the lakes. Our family enjoyed this tour thoroughly.
Our guide, Dilnaz, was knowledgeable, professional, and extremely friendly. She made the tour fun!
We highly recommend this tour.

Rustam is an amazing guide! He made sure everyone was having a good time and kept the energy up. He’s also great at taking pictures which is helpful as a solo traveler. It’s such a good tour to see nature in Kazakhstan. I would recommend this to all tourists!!

V good small Mercedes van and generally pleasant experience. Few things to note: this is a v long day excursion; from 5 am (& yet the online ticket stated 4 am as starting time!) to 11+ pm. Too long an excursion when time was not observed by some members of group. Time wasted waiting for driver, other tourists, etc…
Guide was pleasant but didn’t provide his contact number until end of trip. Instead of taking care of the members who were slow he spent time talking to young ladies instead. Other than that he is quite capable of handling the crowd.
The itinerary is quite rushed and too much time spent on the road. Perhaps it’s better to do the canyons alone and the lakes on a different day!
