Jean-Charles was a wonderful guide. He was communicative prior to our tour and created a route just for me and my elementary aged daughter based on our hotel location and our preferences. Our run featured highlights of the city, some well-known and others hidden jewels. We learned many interesting facts about Paris during our tour.
We were in town for the Taylor Swift concert, and he added a few bonus Taylor Swift- related stops as well.
It was such a wonderful, personalized experience. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for an active way to see the city!

Our family of four took a running tour around central Paris with Jean Charles. Our kids are only 9 and 10 and have not run more than a few miles, but they absolutely loved the tour. Jean Charles is such a wonderful guide, he brought snack bars for the kids and waters for us.
We ended up running about 6km along the Seine to see the Louvre, Musee D'Orsay, and a few other beautiful sights in the city. It was a perfect way to see the city as a family, that made enjoying the baguettes and cheese after a bit more guilt free.
This was actually our second time using Paris Running Tours. 8 years ago my wife spent Valentine's Day weekend in Paris and Jean Charles took us around the city then. It was wonderful and would enthusiastically recommend this tour to anyone looking for an enjoyable and informative way to see this beautiful city!

How did I not know that this type of experience exists? I was so thrilled to have found parisrunningtour.com. Jean-Charles was such an awesome guide throughout our run. I went solo since my friend whom I traveled with is not a runner. It was a perfect day.. not too hot, not too cold. I was a little worried that I wouldn’t be able to keep up with Jean-Charles, but he ran my pace (party pace). We stopped so he could explain the places that we saw; he was so knowledgeable. Those who love to run and sightsee should definitely get in touch with Jean-Charles. Highly, highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.
Jean-Charles – next time, let’s do a night run! That would be so cool to see the monuments all lit up!! Thanks again for your time.

Jean-Charles was so knowledgeable and friendly! I learned so much that I wouldn’t have learned otherwise. Very patient with my pace and even went out of his way to provide me with directions for the metro. Will do this again the next time I’m in Paris. Highly recommended!

My wife and I had a wonderful running tour of Paris with our guide Jean-Charles. Ran at a comfortable pace and stopped at many sites we wouldn’t normally have seen. JC made it very interesting with his knowledge of Paris. Highly recommend it to anyone who wants a fun way to see Paris.

This has been my second time in Paris and booking the running tours with Jean-Charles has been the highlight of our trip. My friend and I ran "Splendors of Paris" and "St Germain - Ile de la Cite - Latin Quarter" tours and we loved every minute. Jean-Charles went above and beyond for making this experience a very special one: he made the routes to start and end at our hotel, he is an incredible historian and we learned so much from him about Paris history that otherwise we wouldn't have known. He took beautiful pictures of us and he even made a detour to show us how to get Versailles tickets from the metro station. If you area a runner visiting Paris, I highly recommend a running tour with Paris Running Tour.

The best experience of my whole trip!! was able to see so much of Paris! Highly recommend booking this on the morning of your first day as he will give many great recommendations for your trip! Was able to create a mental map of Paris on the first day, allowing me to better travel and walk through this fabulous city!! I went solo due to the fact that the rest of my travel group are not runners and enjoyed every minute of it!!

What a great way to see Paris! Jean-Charles was communicative, timely, prepared and generous with his time. He met me at my accomodation and planned a great route taking in all the sights. He shared so much knowledge about each place we stopped - lots of fascinating insights to the rich history of Paris! As a solo traveller it was a safe and interesting way to go for a run and Jean-Charles shared tips for running Paris too. Thanks, Jean-Charles - I would highly recommend!
