Very informational trip and the buffet was good. I wish the buffet included soda. Make sure you visit the engine room as that was awesome to see.

A historical evening spent on this steamboat based in NOLA. I would definitely give the food a miss. The best bit was the creamed spinach and gumbo. It was mass catering so it didn’t suit our needs. Although the server was lovely and attentive. The photo scam at the beginning didn’t impress either and they wanted to charge $38 and taxes for the privilege. Apart from these negatives the steamboat was amazing. Loved the journey down the Mississippi. Unfortunately couldn’t hear the person telling us the sights and history due to the loud talking and band. But it didn’t matter it was lovely to be on the boat steeped in history. Well worth taking the trip but forego the food.
