A very nice place to play. Just like entering the exotic space of the movie Inception, it is full of magical atmosphere, making people linger and forget to leave.

Very nice experience in spite of the rain and grey skies. Coffee at the rooftop. I was there at 9:30 and it was already busy.

Unique experience. Especially the affinity room which has so many silver coloured baloons. Efficient and friendly staff.

Total waste of money and time. Firstly, although that was a natural condition but during our visit the area was covered with clouds and mist all around. There was no aerial view of the city and even The Empire State Building (which is close by) was not visible from the observation floors. As a tourist, we were looking for those spectacular views. In such circumstances the tour should have been cancelled to give the tourists an option of reschedule or refund. Also, we have done a few more high rise observations around the world and The Summit was a par below the standards compared to them. Floor area with cloud art work is of no attraction to visitors. Silver balloon area was like as if we were in a kid’s playing zone. Our family pics shown at the end was too artistic to give a natural feel, so we didn’t buy any

I really liked everything, it was a lot of fun and the view was gorgeous, the only thing we were unlucky with the weather was rain

A real fun to visit with many different things to discover. We really enjoyed it. Spent almost two hours there. Have also a nice bar on the last level of your visit, so you can enjoy a drink before go down again. In my opinion a must see in N.Y.

Firstly the positives : definitely on par with top of the rock for views, better than the empire state building at night too. Wait time wasn't too bad and lots of things going on to keep you occupied whilst queuing. At the top- immersive rooms made the experience unique and you almost forgot you were on top of NYC. Bubble room was our favourite but busy so hard to take decent photos Negatives : the reason this didn't get 5 stars and why it ruined the whole experience for us was due to one staff member at the top, final level next to the elevators. Basically, my partner is not great with heights, but isn't so bad it you are inside (it's something about being out in the open air high up where he starts to panic which is understandable for someone who also has fears). Anyway, before we went up and paid, we checked there was no open air areas and we were told we were fine. Once we reached the top and were ready to come back down, a staff member was waiting about 2 meters away from the elevators with a small barrier. When we asked how to get to the elevators she told us we had to go all the way around, and outside (!!!) . I spoke to my partner and he had already started to panic, so I went back to the staff member and explained his fear and politely asked if she could let him through and I would meet him the other side so he didn't have to go outside. She completely refused, was patronising about his fear saying "you're okay mann it's only outside" - again refused to let him through even though he was visibily panicking . So we had no choice but to go outside. He nearly had a panic attack all that way up, it was horrendous and we had to basically run through the outside bit , him looking at the floor and holding his breath. I think it was absolutely ridiculous that this staff member wouldn't let him simply pass through, it completely ruined our experience so if anyone else is in the same boat, be warned!!! She obviously just wanted us to go via the shop or was just being super awkward!!! Our last night in NYC was supposed to be magical but it ended on such a low. For reference, we attended Saturday 11th May at 9.30pm entry time.

I really enjoyed the experience the views were incredible. We went for a 10pm time slot… believing this would be less busy but we were definitely wrong. I’m not sure when is the best time to go to be honest, our friends went in the day and they stated it was similar. The queue at the start was long and could probably be hurried along had there been more than one photographer. The staff managing the queue seemed to rush us around the queue to wait for the photos as they were concerned it was late and near to closing time. However the experience was good but it was clear a lot of people spent time photographing in the affinity room which made it quite busy and crowded sadly did not spend enough time in this room due to that. The rest is very well balanced and there is enough space and time to take photos. I would recommend waiting for the glass platform it doesn’t take as long at it looks photos they are good and you get 30seconds to take your own photos… prepare for that as they stick to the time! All round would recommend the summit one it was a good experience. Very good!

Loved Summit One Vanderbilt! Family of 4 adults and we all loved it. Booked on line in advance and bought tickets for 7pm to get day time/sunset/ nighttime views. Stunning views and unique experience. Would highly recommend 👌

My family and I enjoyed this unique experience. Being able to see all of New York was an addition to this fun and exciting adventure of the Summit.
