Kaua’i Yoga on the Beach was incredible. Anya led the most gorgeous restorative practice with a sound bath. My favorite pose was definitely “hug Kaua’i.” Definitely one of my top favorite things visiting Kaua’i.

It was a great mix of restorative yoga and the crystal bowls were fantastic and very melodic. The triangle was exceptionally powerful. Would definitely recommend this as a way to start your Kauai vacation
