Jeff and Billy were great. We truly enjoyed the tour and the knowledge that they shared. We were able to see mountain sheep, moose, osprey, beaver, and grizzly bears. The snacks and hot beverages were great and high quality. I did not expect to get a fresh French press coffee on a road tour! 😄 Snacks aside, I highly recommend this tour especially for anyone not familiar with the area. Well worth the money. Also don’t forget to tip your tour guide!

Lucky enough to see a grizzly at the very start!! Ben was an awesome guide!! There were just 5 passengers so we had plenty of room to spread out. Highly recommend this tour!!

Had a great time on the Sunset Tour. Our guide Jeff picked us up from our hotel. He was very knowledgeable. We were able to see moose, grizzly bear, bighorn sheep, bison, a leaping coyote, and hundreds of elk leaving the Elk Preserve. We went with my wife and three young (5, 7, and 9) boys. He was great with my boys; providing snacks and drinks and engaging with them throughout the drive.

Seeing the animals. Steve was a great guide. Very knowledgeable. Fun trip. Comfortable van and we had our own binoculars from Steve.

Clarity of viewing animals via the scopes. Vastness of refuge and where the animals were in some cases would have viewing difficult. The scopes (with the ability to attach an iPhone) really made viewing and photo capture a great experience.

We were contemplating which tour to take while in Jackson Hole, and ended up choosing the sunset tour. We were so happy we did. Our guide, Mark, was extremely informative and friendly. He expanded our knowledge on the local animals and location. It was amazing how much knowledge he has. You immediately notice how much he loves his job. He always made sure we were comfortable and helped me get some incredible shots through the scope. Such a wonderful experience.

The guide was excellent and the experience was memorable! We enjoyed ourselves very much . We got to see the wildlife that we would not managed otherwise. We rented a vehicle but our guide knew more about the area and where to go so it was nice having someone else to squire us around

Wonderful tour and it exceeded our expectations. This was our first trip to Jackson Hole and our goal was to see wildlife and be in the mountains. Viator & Bucky gave us both!!! Our tour guide Bucky was extremely knowledgeable about the town, wildlife, and history. He made our tour an experience to remember, rather than the “normal canned tour”. Snacks, humor, and photo opportunities were great. Thank you, Bucky!!

Our Guide was wonderful! Moose, elk, rams, swans, oh my! It was amazing! Very knowledgeable, super personable, so super fun!
