Itinerary
This 75-minute standup paddleboard yoga class is perfect for any ability level. We get a lot of beginners but also provide modifications to challenge the most experienced yogis.
We spend a few minutes on the beach giving a few pointers on safety and tips for balance, then we carry our boards into the water. We wade into the ocean and drop anchor in water that is about waist-deep (so no worries if you aren't a strong swimmer!)
Then we hop on our boards and enjoy a fun, light-hearted yoga class that challenges our balance engages our core, and taps into our sense of gratitude and awe of the beauty of nature around us.
The class wraps up with a peaceful floating savasana, fingers and toes trailing in the water. We usually save time at the end of class for free time to play on the boards and get some photos! Photo packages are available for $10/person.
Please note that the sun sets at different times all year so we adjust the start time to catch the sunset at some point in the class!
