Stop At: Kampong Phluk Floating Village, 812 Siem Reap, Siem Reap 170904 Cambodia
At Kampong Phluk we hop in a boat and explore, taking in the beautiful waterways and charming houses on stilts. In dry season you'll be able to see the watermarks on the beams showing how high the waters rise, and in wet season you'll see the villagers and fishermen going about their business by boat.
Duration: 3 hours
Stop At: Tonle Sap Lake, Lower Mekong Basin Cambodia
Going out on the Tonle Sap itself is a deeply calming experience thanks to the still waters meeting the horizon as far as you can see. We round off the day with a drink (and dinner, if you wish) at a traditional floating restaurant to watch the sun set over the lake.

I really enjoy this trip with floating village sightseeing, boat trip to Tonle Sap lake, and especially the enthusiastic and heartfelt guide offered by Tom. It is such an eye opening trip that connects us the life and human beings we have little knowledge of. And I love the crocodile fish in the floating restaurant 😀😀

Tom, Gave a impression. I mean during his expression. He pointed living suit with nature and healty and happily we can.
As I tourist, I regrets myself. Living unhappily to learn much more beaking my body and mental.
The program was expressive and his passion is powerful and positive!
Good

Went during dry season which was really interesting to see the difference of living conditions for the people of the village. Our guide -Tom- took us through the village and also through a typical village house and gave us lots of information about the way people live. The floating restaurant was also very nice with fresh fruit and food!

Tom was fantastic. This was a different kind of experience into village lifestyle and culture as against what's seen in other parts of the world. And Tom was patient enough to answer everything. Had a good time.

Amazing tour with Tom! He was very informative, as a local of the village, he was able to share the authentic experience of the people. We were able to tour a home and interact with the children. He made sure that we did not support scams and suggested that if we want to give back to community food was given rather than money to children. Would recommend going in the rainy season as there was no water in village but still a great time!
