Prepare for an amazing surf lesson at Atlantic Surf School! When you arrive, our friendly team will let you you sign a survey form. Once that's done, it's time to suit up and slide into your wetsuit, getting you one step closer to the thrilling waves.
With wetsuits on, we'll take a short, exciting stroll to the beach. As we gather together on the sand, our passionate instructors will share a quick beach talk, covering essential safety tips and the basics of riding those awesome waves.
Now comes the best part! We'll hit the water, guided by our experienced instructors. Over the next hour, you'll be catching waves, feeling the rush of adrenaline as you ride the ocean's energy. Our instructors will be right there with you, offering guidance and helping you improve your skills.
But all good things must come to an end. As the session wraps up, we'll head back to the surf school, where you can change into dry clothes while cherishing the memories of your incredible surf adventure.

This morning I did a surf lesson and it was a wonderful experience. the teacher Zuhe was super nice and expert, I absolutely recommend him!!

Our swimming club had its annual cub tour in Aug 2023, this year we choice surfing in Strandhill and opted to book with the Atlantic Surf School. Zuhe, Marianna and the team could not have been more helpful and accommodating of our group both in the planning phase and when we arrived there. The surf school operates out of the National Surf Centre, a brand new top notch facility that was only officially opened in June of this year. We started the day in this new centre with an hour long drumming session to get us energized! This was followed by 2 hours surfing. The surf school provided brand new top quality wet gear and surf boards. Our group of <40 were split in 4 with an experienced instructor provided for each group. All our members thoroughly enjoyed the experience and gained new skills. Tired after 2 hours surfing, the surf school had also organised a delicious lunch nearby. All in all, this was a great day out and I'd highly recommend it.
