The boats were fun for my family. The employees were not so friendly, also why do you keep the boats so far from the ticketing and life jackets. You need to walk back and forth for absolutely no reason

The swan ride was very fun! They give you life vests before you get on your ride and you pedal and steer yourself or with your partner. It was very much a workout and adventurous.

Booked this about a month or so ago for our honeymoon this past weekend. Paid an Uber, Got there at 4:45 pm for our 5 pm slot (as told) and was told it had closed due to ‘high wind’ (light breeze), we should have received a cancellation email (we did not) and to come back when they open at 6:45 pm. We walked around for over an hour and eventually got some food, ready for our 6:45 pm trip, only to be told that they do not refund or reschedule. Absolute BS, do not waste your money on this. We were so excited.
