Maria was our lovely guide and she made our tour very enjoyable and very interesting. It was only a small group tour which was perfect for us and more personal. We thoroughly enjoyed the sweet treats & savoury food that we tasted. Delicious!

Our guide, Patrick was very nice and good. The tour itself could have been more user friendly. I would think a van would be better than metro and endless walking.

Maria our guide was fantastic. She understood the history of the city and pointed out several landmarks and things to see. The food was amazing and learning about the culture and history of the foods and the restaurants we visited ensured the trip was well worth it. Highly recommend this trip and if you're lucky you'll have Maria as your guide/host.

We were looking for a tour to complete our day in Vienna while cruising the Danube. We were so pleased to find a tour that exceeded our expectations! Ansgar met us at the Central Square and we headed out to a local coffee shop to sample the Apfel Strudel and local coffee. Next we headed to a chocolate shop in the Nacht Market--where you can not only sample but bring home more chocolate to enjoy. Next we headed to a little cafe that looked like Oma's house complete with homemade desserts which were divine! Finally we went to a restaurant for more savory food--we shared because by that point we were stuffed! Ansgar was a great guide and the places we went were wonderful--definitely local with no tourists (except us) in sight! We took the subway and tram which was fun and he made sure to put us on the right subway back to our ship, waiting with us on the platform. If you want a fun experience and don't care about your waistline go for this tour--it was well worth it.

Maria who was our tour guide was absolutely marvellous from start to finish. She was so knowledgable about the different parts of Vienna we visited during this scrumptious tour, which was very tasty including both sweet and savoury treats. The people on this tour were also amazing and I have made a new friend from this. Thank you Maria for helping me to get the train back to my hotel and it was such a pleasure to have you as our guide on this wonderful tour.

I recommend doing this on your first day as it’s a great way to learn about getting around town and the metro system. Marie was very nice and helpful with recommendations for places to eat and things to do around town. Some of the desserts were hit or miss; however I think that was more based on personal preference and taste. The meal on the last stop was very good, we had the wiener schnitzel, “Mac n cheese” and stuffed cabbage. You will not leave hungry. It is a lot of walking with stairs, train, and tram rides FYI.
