We really enjoyed this day trip, such amazing sights and scenery (even though the weather was not the best). The tour guide was very informative and well organized. We did the additional Mt First gondola ride, highly recommended this! This tour was perfect for us as we enjoy more freedom to do our own thing and this tour being partially guided fit our needs wonderfully.

Absolutely lovely day, but the company is a complete joke. An absolute disgrace. The bus was late to pick us up in the morning which happens. Thought the day we spent by ourselves and had instructions to meet at the pick up spot advised on the booklet given to us at the start of the day. The pick up spot is actually incorrect on the booklet they handed out. We waited around 30 minutes with about 20 other people. A lady who was on the tour called the company to ask if we were in the right spot to which they said “yes, the bus is just running late” the tour guide eventually came to find us to say we “didn’t listen” to the instructions. Apparently 20 of us didn’t listen lol. Well the instructions are wrong in the booklet and we couldn’t hear a thing from the microphone as there was a screaming baby in the back. After we finally made it onto the bus home the tour guide then continued to call everyone out and embarrass all of the people over the microphone saying we didn’t listen. We made them late. Hopefully they can catch up time due to us. Little bit of a short memory since they were late in the morning but hey double standards I suppose. I am really unimpressed with the treatment from the guides making us to feel embarrassed and anxious. If I could demand a refund I would but knowing this company there will be another excuse saying we didn’t listen. Won’t be using ever again or recommending to any family or friends.

An easy way to explore other parts of Switzerland, though it was raining from Zurich to both places, still very fun esp. during rain breaks. Wore warmly and good thing brought an umbrella.

We had a wonderful time enjoying the breathtaking scenery. The visit to First Mountain was the highlight of the trip - many thanks to our guide Monika who offered to take us there! We would have bitterly regretted it if we hadn't been...

A well organised day trip from from Zurich to Interlaken and Grindelwald. You get a comfortable bus, with some information along the scenic journey from the guide and a photo stop at a lake. We had an hour free time in Interlaken first. There isn’t a lot to do here but it’s a pretty town and paragliders to watch. Lots of watch and chocolate shops! The main attraction of the day is Grindelwald. We did the cable car up First and would highly recommended it. Stunning views at the top and there was still lots of snow in May! There’s a wraparound walkway and a restaurant/bar so you can spend some time up there enjoying the views. You then get the train back to Interlaken to meet the bus there. It was nice to do the train as well as the bus and you’re given the tickets beforehand so it’s all very easy. Would recommend if you’ve only got a short time in Switzerland!

Partially guided means you pay for the coach there and back, a train ticket back to Interlaken from Grindelwald and the rest is up to you (they do give you a leaflet to help)! Once in Grindelwald I did the cable car to the top of Mt First for 60CHF - views were unbelievable highly recommend!! Our guide Konrad and the team were great! Knowledgeable and happy to help assist if you’re not 100% sure what to do. Konrad is fluent in English, German, Spanish and Italian so he was a great help to all of the guests on board.

Glad we went, area is incredible. Wish there could have been some transportion from train station to bus pick up. Weather was not good and it made it unpleasant to walk the long distance to the bus. Would have been good to have had a bus to wait in while we waited for our bus, raining constantly. Semi easy to navigate however again, lots of walking envolved, it would be nice to alleviate some of this.

This was a waste of money. Your guide was loud and unhelpful. Just take the train and save your money. We had a eurail pass and would have enjoyed the train ride much better.
