Chauffeur will arrive 15 minutes after flight is landed and will be waiting at the limousine rank with a pick-up sign. T3 limousine car rank is located outside the glass door directly in front of luggage carousel number 2.
WAITING TIME
The inclusion waiting time are 40 minutes for domestic airport arrival or 90 minutes for international airport arrival after flight landing time. In the event the Client is delayed, or the waiting time is exceeded, please notify the chauffeur and waiting time charges will be applied. Please note that additional waiting is subject to availability.

However, if there is a delay or the waiting time exceeds the specified limit, a charge of $2.00 per minute will be payable on pick-up. Easy to book. Communication from Viator was great and provided clear instructions. Our flight arrived early, but our driver was at the airport and texted as soon as we landed to let us know he was there. He was waiting for us right outside baggage claim and helped load our luggage into the car. The car was clean and very nice. Driver was excellent - cheerful and welcoming and efficiently got us to our hotel. A seamless experience! Highly recommend!

The whole experience was excellent! Roy was on time and was very helpful with all of our luggage. He drove carefully through the rain and we arrived, safely, at our hotel. There, again, Roy helped us with our luggage.

First class service. Very pleased with the way they handled everything. Engaged them in Sydney and Brisbane, for airport arrivals and departures. Drivers were always on time, professional, courteous, and helpful. Vehicles are modern, clean, and safe. Easy to make reservations on their website. They send confirmations promptly by email and send reminders as the date gets closer, which is very reassuring. This is one of those cases of it's worth it to pay a little more and know that everything is going to be handled well. Highly recommend them.

There was no communication before our arrival and we waited 30 minutes after coming out of arrivals area before our driver finally text me about where to meet him. We had not checked bags, so our exit may have been earlier than expected out of customs, but still very frustrating to just have to wait and not know what was going on. The driver was polite and the vehicle was nice, but frankly overpriced experience since we had to wait so long after a very long flight. We would have been better off calling an Uber or taxi on arrival.
