• Experience a meet-and-greet service from the airport. If you arrive at the Domestic Terminal you will be picked up by your driver straight from the baggage carousel. If you arrive at the International Terminal you will be picked up from the Meeting Point inside the arrival hall.
• Your driver will escort you to the vehicle and drive you to your destination. Enjoy a smooth ride in a modern, air-conditioned mini van driven by a professional and friendly driver.
• Rest easy knowing your driver is monitoring your flight schedule to ensure you are not left behind. If your flight arrives early your driver will collect you at the earlier time.

Driver will have a "Go Sydney Shuttle" sign. • Domestic (Terminal 2 and Terminal 3): Please wait at the baggage carousel from where you are to collect your luggage. I booked online. Great communication from the company.
On the day I txted to say we were at the airport. Got a message straight back to tell us where to wait, what car to look out for. The driver arrived he put our 7 large suitcases in the van and straight to the port.
Was fantastic service & would recommend them.

Of course it was the lunch hour so traffic was light but he drove straight to the terminal after picking up one other couple at a hotel in the centre. He drove well and we are impressed with the service and will definitely use this service again in the future. Excellent.

We scheduled our return trip to the International Airport for an early off disembarkation. Our driver was waiting for us in the terminal and drove us to the airport comfortably and promptly.

Very good! The driver was there promptly he actually found us since we walked past him, and he saw that we were looking for him. This shuttle was GoSydney. They are apparently very reliable. The driver was very pleasant and polite and accommodative. Even though everything went off without a hitch Viator still has the service backwards. This was a White Bay Port transfer to Sydney Airport. We asked them a couple of times to get it correct but they never did, as you can see from the booking reference above. All it all it worked out just fine.

Had to wait close to perhaps an hour for the right van to bring us, there were 2 vans that came by but they went to places other than White Bay Port. If pressed for time one might get stressed out. Other than that, ride is uneventful!
