Car did not show up for our pickup. I had called the day prior to confirm they had the car seat appropriate for my daughter and had to leave a message as it went straight to voicemail. Never heard back from them. On the day of the flight, nobody was present at the terminal and nobody tried to call me to connect, despite my having provided all details including the flight and my phone number. Multiple calls to the only contact number provided on the day for the pickup were never returned and calling Qantas and then Qantas Hotels failed to resolve the situation. Totally unacceptable. I expect a full refund but have heard nothing as yet.
