The Sydney Zoo was amazing. We had so much fun. The cruise over and back gave us great views of the city, the Opera House, and Sydney bridge. A fantastic day all around.

LOVED the zoo. I was so happy to see the koalas. And the views from the zoo are incredible. Great food options, and close to the beach, if you want to hit up both on one trip. The ferry ride was great - on time, no problems at all. Would love to go back!

A nice short ferry ride to the zoo. It was nice to see all of the unique animals that we don’t have in the United States.

Pros - Great zoo. Will take you at least half a day or more if you have to cover it Cons - 1. The zoo starts later than after the first ferry arrives from Darling Harbour. So, you have to wait 2. The fare for the bus ride to the top of the zoo is not included. 3. On the return, the officials at Darling Harbour do not recognize the ferry ticket provided by Captain Cook cruises and ask for payment. Better carry an Opal card to resolve these issues.

The zoo was very easy to get around once I figured out there was an app with live/real time directions from exhibit to exhibit. Ferry ride was nice and view of Sydney Harbor was beautiful.

Fun way to spend the day. Zoo was very hilly, very steep hills to negotiate, but doable. Ferry ride was convenient too. People were very friendly.
