Your professional driver will meet you at your City hotel. The driver will assist you with your luggage, settle you into your seat and let you sit back and relax during your private drive to your cruise ship.
For a group of one to three people you will be transferred by a luxury sedan. For groups starting from four and up, you will be serviced by a luxury minivan.
24/7 emergency number will be provided to the customers.
Please provide us with your mobile phone number in order to contact you in case of any changes or if the driver can't find you at the scheduled time.

Pickup Details
Supplier will provide your pickup time after your booking is made. Pickup time from hotel will be emailed a day before the travel date. Pickup is available from all hotels within City are, CBD, Darling Harbour, Rocks, Kings Cross, Darlinghurst, Surry Hills.

Driver was waiting exactly where they said he would be.
We to then go to International and pick up another group but the driver executed all pickups and set down very professionally. His driving skill through the congested city traffic was very neat and tidy. The driver handled a dispute about baggage with much aplomb. Job well done.

The driver was not very friendly and seemed upset that we had a collapsible wheelchair with us. It was the size of an average suitcase and we included it in the number of checked luggage.

The driver came early which was great. Driver called to let me know he was there early and not to worry. Got to our drop off point in front of the terminal. He was friendly and very professional. The car was spacious for the four of us and clean.

Driver SHOWED up! For us, that's huge. The company was VERY responsive to viator's "contact tour operator" messages through this system.
We used this service to get from Sydney hotel in CBD to cruise port. Since our ship could've berth in one of two locations, I checked Sydney Port Authority website for our cruise ship berth. The tour operator should also have this information, but I like to confirm with driver at pick-up.
The day before pick-up, the company sends message/email regarding pick-up time and states that pick-up could be a plus/minus ten minute window.
It went smoothly. The driver was nice and respectful.
We would use this company again.
