Stop At: Table Mountain Aerial Cableway, Tafelberg Road Lower Cable Station, Cape Town Central 8001 South Africa
CABLE CAR ASCENT: The ride is a gentle one, the rotating state-of-the-art cable car taking visitors from the lower station to the top in around 5 minutes. It operates seven days a week and trips occur within 10 to 15 minutes of each other.
EXPLORATION AT THE SUMMIT:
Enjoy ample time to explore the summit's various viewing points.
Capture memorable photos of the city, ocean, and the unique flora and fauna
HIKING TRAILS (OPTIONAL):
For the adventurous, there are hiking trails to explore, offering a closer connection with the natural surroundings.
DIVERSE FLORA AND FAUNA: Encounter the rich biodiversity of Table Mountain, home to unique plant species and occasional wildlife
CABLE CAR DESCENT: Conclude the tour with a cable car descent, providing additional picturesque views
SOUVENIR SHOP: Explore souvenir shops at the base to commemorate your Table Mountain experience.

PRE BOOKED TICKETS CONDITIONS: Clients must provide a minimum of 72 hours' advance notice for pre-booked tour tickets. All pre-bookings are subject to confirmation from the tour operator, and clients will receive confirmation once arrangements are finalized. In the event of last-minute changes, the tour operator will make reasonable efforts to accommodate client preferences, but it may not always be possible. While efforts will be made to accommodate preferred dates and times, the tour operator reserves the right to suggest alternative slots based on availability.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION : Table Mountain Cableway will shut down for Annual Maintenance from Monday, 15 July – Sunday, 1 September 2024. We will re-open, weather permitting on Monday, 2 September 2024.

We had an excellent trip up to Table Mountain. We were blessed with good weather and the views spectacular. Our host and guide Tafadhali was fantastic - very knowledgeable and easy going. Would highly recommend booking a trip with him.

I suppose it’s a tourist thing!! Queues and being herded onto a cable car which rotates so you all get a good view.
When you get to the top it’s a bit disappointing; a bar, a gift shop and people everywhere kind of ruin the whole experience. However, the views are stunning.
It’s worth it to tick it off the list, but next time I’ll hike it, shoes off at the top, on my own and ground myself in the magnificent earth energy of this beauty.
Worth a trip I guess.
