Due to Covid the cable car times are different and a sunset is always possible. Please contact me to book!
More normal, we start at the lower cable car station and climb Table Mountain on a non-touristy route. Optionally, after about 2 hours ascent with great views ... a light yoga unit can be done on Table Mountain (to stretch, relax and enjoy).
There is a small sunset picnic overlooking Camps Bay without the crowds. Once at the top, we take the cable car down again.
I either bring the participants to their accommodation or the participants drive themselves with their own rental car.

WOOOOOWWWWWWW the experience was amazing if you ever want a supportive , understanding , careing person to help you overcome the fear of the big table mountain , inmotion is the place to go it was one great experience and would definitly use inmotion in the future.

My wife and I did the Table Mountain hike with Stef and it was a most incredible experience. My wife is a fairly experienced hiker and I am a novice. It was extremely challenging for me and also challenging for my wife. We felt very accomplished after getting to the top. The yoga near the top was extremely nice and needed. Stef was an extremely knowledgeable and engaging guide. She offered much encouragement and detailed climbing instructions the whole way through. If you’re up for an adventure I would highly recommend Stef and this tour.

The hike with Steffi to the table mountain, staying at the cottage, sunset and moon rise, great pasta for dinner, fresh fruit salat in the morning , lovely people around , fantastic group feeling I had the best time of the year! Thank you Steffi for an unforgettable trip - it was over the moon! I am so happy I / we made !

Stefanie is a beautiful guide, she offers amazing tours especially the wine tasting i can recommend.
She is very kind and speaks English and German which was great for my german grandma.
I would definitely book her again, price is absolutely fine!

We had a fabulous overnight trip. Stephi gave us delightful yoga classes, the accommodation was a treat, the food was delicious and the hikes were an experience to remember. Highly recommended.

Super cool Yoga and Hike tour with a beautiful guide. I highly recommend it for everyone who would like to have a bilingual (English and German) tour guide and professional yoga teacher. We did a tour that is off the beaten track :)

What an amazing experience we had with Steffie. She is a super nice athletic guide and she was very well organized. She did not rush my family at all and we were treated like royals the whole day. THANK YOU and you most certainly will see us again.

We are used to yoga in the sky (skydiving), but yoga in the mountains with Steffi was something else...
A great day out with purpose.

Ich konnte spontan für jemanden einspringen und die Overnight Hiking Tour auf den Tafelberg mitmachen. Steffi war vorab sehr gut für Fragen erreichbar. Wir waren eine tolle Gruppe, die Steffi perfekt über alle Höhen und Tiefen des Tafelberges geführt hat. Die Tour ist anstrengend aber wunderschön, ein tolles Abenteuer. Steffi hat sich super um Essen, Getränke und alles drumherum für die Übernachtung gekümmert. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.
Ich kann es jedem, der gern wandert bedingungslos empfehlen. Danke Steffi für die gemeinsame Zeit.
