Get off the beaten path and explore down back roads that aren’t accessible any other way, on this Private ATV & Zipline Tour of Tamarindo. Adult travelers can drive themselves while families with kids can pair up on double ATVs or 2 Seater Buggies. Enjoy the views as you drive through forests and rivers to and head to an Adventure Park where you will zipline down 10 different cables in the treetops with magnificent landscapes of Costa Rica’s dry tropical forest. . This is an exciting way to explore the countryside around Tamarindo.
Important: If you are an adult and want to go as a passenger on a Double ATV, select option KID. Minimum for a Tour to run is 2 ATVs or 1 Buggy

We had an amazing time! Our guide, Juan, was phenomenal!! We had four kids with us and he knew exactly where to take us and the best sights to see. We even stopped when a family of howler monkeys were overhead. The machine are meticulously kept. So clean and so well maintained. Zip lining was amazing!! Again, with four kids, each of the five guys with us (there were eight of us total) were so professional and helpful. Two of the kids had to ride tandem and they made it a blast!! Would recommend without hesitation! (And buy the bandanas or bring them! You need them! And wear the goggles!)

It was very enjoyable. Always wear a bandana to keep the dust out of your face when doing the ATV ride.

The tour leader was great. We enjoyed the time on the atv’s and zip lining. All staff was friendly and helpful.

Lots of fun- great people. The tour said 2-5pm but we didn’t get back until 6:30- allow extra time for it. The zip line company kept us moving- really fun! ATVs were new- my first time driving one- very easy. Great family excursion!

Our guide was Chris and he was great!! My boyfriend and I are beginners and it was very easy to pick up :) I love how we got to slow down in some areas and cruise to look at the amazing hills/mountains, but it was all thrilling as well. We went when it was pretty dry and barely got dirty. Only got a bit dusty.
We did zip line as well and it was beautifulll, loved going through the forest. The view at the top was gorgeous. You were able to hear the monkeys and some even got to see some right next to them!! Todo es pura vida. All the tour guides are fun, kind, and trustworthy.

Our group of 9 booked this adventure and it turned out to be a highlight of our Costa Rica vacation. The ATV tour was amazing through back roads of Tamarindo, which is really beautiful. Our teenagers loved during their own four wheelers and had a great time! We would absolutely recommend this trip to anyone visiting Tamarindo.
Ziplining was fantastic as well - completely exceeded expectations. Black Stallion's ziplining park is phenomenal!!
Thanks for such a fun adventure for our group!

This was a great and affordable excursion for the family. We took ATVs to the zipline at Black Stallion and rode ten different lines with Cesar and Allen. They were great! The owner, Alex, was very kind and welcoming, as well. Mid-ziplining it began to pour which made it even more of an adventure. We rode the ATVs back in the rain and mud and it was a great time. Our ATV guide, Kenneth, was a pleasure. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this adventure. We were picked up from our hotel in a clean comfy car. The ATV (double) was clean, new, well maintained and easy to drive. Our guide ,Juan, was friendly and great and took us on an excellent tour of the area on the way to the zipline. We stopped for monkeys and fruit and photo opportunities. Such a lovely experience!

We had a great 1/2 day of ATV’ing and ziplining! The day started with a convenient on-time pick up in Tamarindo and we were taken to the ATV starting point where the guides were helpful and very nice! The equipment was clean and very well taken care of! We then did a tour with Mike who guided us through the back trails where we got to see some monkeys.
We then arrived at black stallion eco-park for ziplining. Our family of 4 were all first-timers and the staff were all amazing! They were patient, safety was the top concern, and they made it super fun. They really made for a great day 😁
We then returned to our ATV’s to ride back to the starting point where we were greeted with tue most delicious fresh fruit after the hot afternoon!
