I paid fully but never got a response. Even phoned them to get the location and they told me that they will send me all the information closer to the time but I didn't receive anything until now. I wouldn't suggest going through Viator to book this seen as they didn't even send the booking confirmation to the Paragliding company but the Paragliding company also didn't come back to me so until now no response and no refund.
Absolutely terrible experience.

We had a great experience, well worth it!
Note however that the company was not aware of my booking via TripAdvisor so I arrived at the designated meeting point at 9am, with no one available.
I managed to reach the owner directly and fortunately managed to arrange a flight later during the day.
Conditions were OK for us to get in a flight but for those that are new to this sport, please note that flying is 100% weather dependant, so best to liaise with the flight instructors directly.
