After doing Mallorca and Lavorno, this one seemed kinda average. Like I could have passed this up and should have done the Godfather tour instead.

Messina tour
A mess
Guide was terrible -Claudia
We had no time at the first stop as the guide allowed everyone to go to the restroom cutting our time in half. Then did it again! We had only 10 minutes to run into a shop to buy a magnet after driving for 1 1/2 hours.
I was the only one separated from my traveling group to go with this group. It was very disappointing they wouldn’t swap one person.
Our driver was scary as he kept killing the vehicle trying to get up the hills.
Very disorganized to say the least. It’s sad as I ran into my other friends having plenty of free time and able to enjoy the town with different guides.

This was my favorite day of our 12 day Mediterranean adventure! I am longing to come back to Sicily and spend a few months! Castelmola and Taormina are the two dreamiest places we visited in all of Italy and our small group tour guide Claudia was so sweet and accommodating. We just loved her.

Coordination with their team was easy beforehand and Sofia with Rosy handled the tour excellently. Drive was good and safe and minimized the walking as much as possible, tour guide was very pleasant and knowledgeable and we learned a lot. Tour had earphones to make sure everyone could hear.
Both sites have great charm, good food, and lots of shops. Be ready for a good stroll. We had a lot of seniors with us and they managed fine.

Our guide Sofia was superb. We really enjoyed her descriptions of local culture and history. I was especially impressed with her use of an iPad to show graphic images of the things and places she described. I also liked the type of earphones used because they slipped over the ear and could be used without removing my hearing aids.

Sofia is the best tour guide we have had on our very extensive trip. She knows a lot, she gave us water, cookies, and almond wine. She took very good care of us, and always made sure the group got all necessary information. Everyone was happy with her. She should teach other guides how to do their job!

Gabriella and Antonella were fantastic, they deserve an A+ for an excellent tour, answering all of our questions and more. Gabriella helped us find a restsurant in Toarmina (Bam Bar). She was always smiling and joking with us. Please ensure these comments are posted and they are rocognized for their excellent services.

Outstanding day tour, well organized, comfortable mini bus, good audio equipment, and extremely informative guide (Sabrina). Probably one of the best guided tours of our trip.

A beautiful bus tour, we were lucky to have a smallish bus, possibly 20 people. Our guide , Gabriella, was very inclusive and warm. Her suggestions for patronizing and sampling local foods and businesses were spot on on the walking tours.
The bus tour traveling up the hills to visit the villages was stunning with views of Mount Etna, which unfortunately had a white cloud shrouding the peak.
Gabriella was extremely easy to understand with her beautiful accent. I would say, the very best guide we have encountered.
