Definitely the amazing scenery, as we left Hobart behind and discovered untouched land further south.

FIVE stars is NOT ENOUGH for this tour. Seriously, this was an AMAZING experience/tour/day/adventure & though the price tag seems "expensive" we found it GREAT value & would do it all again. Admittedly, we had PERFECT weather and an excellent crew & fellow passengers but none the less, this is a priceless experience that you will not find anywhere else. An endless tour of surprises, wine, non alcoholic drinks, food & seafood, sights and fun. Easy going, all encompassing & the VERY BEST experience of our 19 day stay in Tasmania. We saw the salmon farm, seals, oysters, fresh & cooked in champagne, some of the seafood dived for from the boat, then prepared, cooked, displayed-rock lobster, abalone, sushi mi, urchins. Tasmanian platter of food. I tried most things, but preferred the cooked seafood delights. The beach & swim were fantastic. Take your bathers - or not!!!!! Thanks to the group we were with - they made the whole thing even better. You will be well catered for & have lasting memories, as we do. We did have to cancel one of the 3 tickets we had pre purchased - zero issues getting a refund, as per their policy. GO ON - JUST DO IT.

This was one of the most amazing activities we’ve ever done! I’m sure all their guides are wonderful, but Thomas and Nat took especially great care of us. The food Thomas dived for and brought back to the boat was promptly prepared and was delicious! You can’t get any fresher seafood! We could really tell they had expertise regarding wildlife and the ocean, and they genuinely take care of their passengers like they do their environment. We got to spot seals playing and dolphins swimming in our boat’s wake. I honestly can’t imagine a better way to spend a day in Hobart than this activity.

Thomas and Elizabeth were the ultimate hosts on a well-equipped boat, giving a detailed tour exploring the shoreline of western Bruny Island and Southeastern Tasmanian coast. Being treated to fresh oysters, crayfish, abalone and salmon. Served along with a choice of Tasmania’s fine wines. Enjoyed a brief crisp dip in the ocean. Witnessed a variety of native wildlife including seals and white-bellied sea eagles. We can highly recommend the wonderful day out on Tasmanian waters.

I took my mom on this cruise as she likes salmon, while I am big on seafood in general and salmon is the only fish I like. We both had a good time and during the cruise my mom went out of her comfort zone to eat oysters, which she claimed not to like because the only other time she ate it she found it slimy. But the oyster was so good, she changed her mind about oysters and ate quite a few!
I loved the lobster, sea urchin and the abalone. Not to mention the cheese platter. My mom went out of her comfort zone to try all the seafood too, although I don't think she's a sea urchin convert.
The cruise itself was great. We got to see seals, a salmon farm and just relax while enjoying great food in a great spot in the Tasman sea. I also enjoyed the live dive for the sea urchin and abalone. I highly recommend this cruise to seafood lovers who want something extra special.
I know it's a bit pricey but I found the price worth it!

What an amazing experience. Kate and Isabell looked after us so well. The lovely Jansz to start the day off. Oysters freshly shucked, salmon sashimi, platter of cheeses. Then the pinnacle watching Kate catch our sea urchins and abalone then eating them fresh from the sea were delicious. Don't forget the crayfish either. The boat trip was fabulous and we saw parts of Tasmania you would not normally view. A memorable trip and would highly recommend this to anyone who likes the good life!
